That's what I thought too but it still let me vote. It is 11:20 am here.

This contest has turned into being not fun anymore. LOL With the extended cut off date, and the "other" voters voting at internet cafes and driving around looking for hotspots (taking cheating to a whole other level, IMO), and people that work on computers during the day are voting 30-40 times for the hotdog -- we just can't compete with that. It stinks because we all put in a lot of time & effort -- and I greatly appreciate it. Who knows... if this thing lasts a few more days and if everyone gets fired back up - we could still come out ahead -- but I realize we're losing the "fire" ...lol
Keep voting - dont give up -- there's still hope. :) :D

It's almost noon here and when I tried to vote I couldn't. They have 8 dogs shown as finalists, and say they will announce the winner soon. But Hershey is still ahead. At least Daisha has lots more votes than the other six! She is a close second. Maybe they will declare a tie since the two of them are so far ahead of the others. (Wishful thinking?)

Oh well.... I think I'm done with the contests -- this one was just tooo much. (I did, in fact, enter my son's Chi in November's contest -- her name is Callie -- but I am not going to campaign like I did for Daisha... lol) I'm going to mention it on a chihuahua forum I belong to and then let it be.
