This is Really Beautiful, But Scary at the same time 1 Attachment(s) This was in MY town . . .In the 20 years I have lived here, I have never seen such an influx of wild life . . .we have gigantic hawks, coyote, deer and now this . . . http://www.nhregister.com/articles/2...7997408762.txt |
OMG!!! Is that in your yard? I would seriously freak out!! And here I was going spastic over a shed snake skin!! |
It is beautiful. But scary as heck to think that big animal could be walking down the alley with a very empty stomach one night when you let your Yorkie out to go potty! Take all the precautions you can and I pray your & your neighborhood pets stay safe. It is getting unsettling to hear of all the critters & big birds & such moving from their natural habitats into areas where people live, work and play even for brief forays for food. But what a beautiful creature that is!!! |
Beautiful. From a distance of course |
shes gorgeous...wouldnt want her in my yard but what a beauty. |

Right now we are just contending with the large amount of deer that have been eating all our hostas and shrubbery . . .never in the 20 years I have lived in my home have I ever seen the animals I'm seeing now . . .I think its maybe because last year was a very very mild Winter. We also have a very sneaky Rat that we've been trying to capture in the hav-a-heart trap for 4 nights . . .he's living nicely under our deck at the moment . . .can't wait to relocate him! It's driving Rhianna nuts! |
Wow, what a beautiful animal. There was a cougar in the town over that was treed by the homeowner's dogs. The fish and wildlife people decided that they had to kill it because it was in such a suburban area :( |
Beautiful picture but very scary. |
Beautiful picture but I would be scared for my dogs.... |
Beautiful, but I don't want to know that creatures like that are so close to home. I need to move back to the city where the rats are the biggest critters to watch for. :p |
Wow, beautiful & almost looks like someone's pet...but it is carnivorous. |
It is beautiful. . . . Think of it this way. It might help keep the deer population down |
Beautiful !!! but i would be so afraid it might attack my dogs or me, I have seen a few coyotes in my area mostly laying on the roadside dead after being hit by a car, but we have an abundance of deer sometimes they walk across my yard by the lake..they are so beautiful |
