Tomorrow I will be moving, it will be a difficult time and my internet will not be on until the 19th so my YT therapy is going to be out of reach! I will try to post updates while am at work...but I may not be able to. If I can't get on you will see me next weekend...

To my dear YT friends, thank you for all your support the last few weeks...you guys have given me added strength....it does mean alot to me.

To those who aren't "dear" friends...PEACE, really PEACE...I'm not as tough as you think...just a stubborn Taurus!!

Please say an extra prayer for me during this difficult yet liberating and fulfilling time in my life...I'm on my way to my own "home"....life is good!!!

Ouch...you made me laugh! Sadly, I've already thrown out my back...the sciatic is torturing and slowing me right now...and thats only from packing!:eek: Funny how its flared up for the first time in a couple years...wtheck? The good news I am packing and putting everything in one bedroom...I have no furniture until the 20th...so I will have a little while to heal and rest on my air mattress!!!! I can hardly wait!!!! Its bittersweet but at the same time I can't wait!!!!

I am woman hear me roar!!! and did you mean go Bills??? lol!! You'll be hearing from me since the only thing I will have is my phone!!! and of course my dogs!

I am dropping them off to boarding at my vets for the day tomorrow so I know they will be safe...I hate to do it but it really will be best for them, I so worry about them getting out during the confusion and I figure its also a good diversion, they will be so happy to see me tomorrow night when I pick them up that maybe they won't notice they are in a different house? lol

Thanks so much, really it helps knowing others understand...I really do hope theres still a slice of true happiness out there for me..! Although, I will say regardless of the outcome...I really have had many good times and I'm ready to hold on to the good and leave the rest behind...hmmm, I really do mean that...darnit I think I have finally matured!!!;)

Well moving isn't fun so I feel for you girl! No YT therapy??! :eek: What will you do?? Lol. I know you have been through it lately. To add a move on top of that is bad! We will all pray you through all this!

Hang in there Lynzy...there is happiness out there for you, when you least expect it. Please take it easy, throwing your back out is not a good thing, especially when you are moving. I know from whence I speak! :rolleyes: I too am going to pm you my number if you should need to talk...hurry back!

HIIIIII!!!! Thanks everyone...it was so good to see this today! I am at work (2 hrs late, but I am here)!!!

The move turned in to "white trash" move! The UHAUL van I reserved was not there, rather they had a 10 ft truck that would not fit in my driveway....so... out of the boxes everything came and into garbage bags...oh my, it was ever so humbling!!! but atleast they weren't black bags! I had white and clear bags! We hauled everything in 3 cars....awful, luckily I didn't have any furniture to take...oh well! btw Yorkiemom1 the shower curtain idea was a gem every window has them on right now and I got them at the dollar general and they are so nice...honestly, my friends think they are curtains! Anyways all is well, haven't heard a word.

I am worried about the girls, they haven't eaten a meal since Thursday. I am trying to keep all their routines as if we were "home"...they miss their Daddy though and I am very surprised at the ways they show it...Mia running room to room, Mini just sitting on the edge of the bed looking at the door, both of them on the edge of the bed looking at the door most of the night....they are drinking plenty, and do take their treats as normal. I haven't offered any extra treats....just normal routines...Should I just wait it out or should I try mixing something real palatable in their food?

I'm sorry your girls are missing their daddy. In this case time is the only healer. I don't know what else to tell you. Moving away from someone is hard on them, but they will come around in time. I hope you are doing ok.:)

We are doing better today...the girls finally ate some boiled chicken with their kibble...its much harder on them than I anticipated...especially Miss Mini who is 8yrs. old. Shes depressed and crabby, literally crabby...growling and snapping at Miss Mia and sitting on the edge of the bed waiting for someone whos not coming home....

Can't wait for the weekend, I will be up and running then!!! Yay!!!

Ah, Lynzy, I'm sorry she's having such a hard time. She's older and she's confused and upset. All I can suggest is to try to find ways to keep her busy so she won't miss her Daddy so much. If there are other people that she likes, perhaps you could have them stop by to help her understand that her whole world isn't changing from the one she has always known. Kacee has a hard time with separations, too. Keep me updated on how she is doing. I hope she will become her happy self again very soon.

I know this is heartbreaking for you. It's so soon after moving, but I'm betting she'll do better and better as time passes. I don't think it will get better in a few days. I think it will take longer. If she was even half her age, I believe she would accept the change easier. She's a senior now, ya know.:)
