Cute party ideas for a 15 year old girl My niece is turning 15 and we have no idea what to do for a party. So please, if you have any fun ideas please write them down! Thanks :) |
Spa day could be fun. Doing mud masks with cucumbers on the eyes. A little mani-pedi could be fun. Exercise or yogi might be another idea, teaching that taking care of yourself can be fun. When I was that age, I loved listening to music and dancing with my girlfriends and playing game that predicted the name of my future husband. |
I agree, I think girls of that age love any kind of spa or pampered treatment. Pedis or manis, or You could schedule them facials at the department store. I did a quick search, and if you're doing slumber type party I seen where some girls rented a karaoke machine. I bet that would be a lot of fun too. If your niece is more an athletic or tomboy type, maybe they'd enjoy an afternoon at a sports complex. Where we are, geographically speaking, we have to get pretty creative to do something different. Not knowing where you are located and what resources you have makes it difficult. One of my daughters went and climbed an abandoned silo and had a great time. Now, that wasn't around here, and it was professionally run. My point is, what are the interests of the girls, and what are your resources. Maybe find something they don't get to do every day and do a little mix of both fun, pampered, and daring. |
What is her interests? I remember one year, my football loving daughter handed out announcements at school (high school) to a lot of kids that she was having a football party. Everyone was invited to come play football in our back yard for her birthday. Quite a few kids came, guys and girls. We had the parents sign a paper with their name and phone # stating we were not responsible for injuries. When they got tired and took a break, we had cake and punch. She got some nice presents and it raised her popular points. Me, i would rather have had the spa package. |

Is it her womanhood comming out party or just a birthday? The really cool theme for womahood parties for some reason are mardi gras, masks style not flashing for beads if course. More old fashioned victorian masks etc. My daughter is 13 but one if her friends just did a candy bar mythology party togas and girls in greek goddess dresses it was beautiful all white silver and gold. Spa day is always a winner too. |
She is a bit of a quiet girl. She loves sports, but she is not really into spa stuff and she is not really into boys yet. She is also a huge western fan. Tough combo I know, thanks for all the help. |
Do you have access to a pool? A pool party and a cook out is always a nice idea. Better yet a slumber party: At that age my daughter and her friends alway enjoyed it when we put up the tent in the back yard. They played some out door games. Had water balloon fights, and against my better judgment I even let them go triolet papering, even showed them how to do it. They listened to music and had a fire and roasted hot dogs and marshmallow and we made smoores. It was such an awesome time and I miss days like those. The girls still talk about those times when we get together. |

I like the western themed idea. Campfire, cookouts, and trail rides. Cabins, sleeping bags, and spooky stories around the campfire lol. |
Just a thought: Is it a surprise party or does she know you are planning one? If she does, has anyone asked her what she would like. Google ideas and talk to her about choices. She might like helping to plan it. And it could be fun working together. |
A western party with a hay ride, weenie roast and smores would be fun! Maybe even watch a movie outside? Our town has a party store where you can rent the outdoor movie projectors. |
