soooo Am very busy right now, lots of stuff going on in my personal life, both good and bad...funny how pain is the only way to happiness isn't it??? Ahhh, one thing I will say is that age has (over 45) has given me the gift of coping, lifes ups and downs use to cause such profound emotions...not so much anymore...I'm taking what I want out of life and definitely not taking crap at this point in my life!!! I am important and no one will know how special I am unless I believe how special I am and you know what???? I get it!!!! Ok enough philosophical gibberish.... Just checking in to ask for HUGE YT MOJO that I get the mortgage for the house I BOUGHT!!!!! Please, I really need this house.....!!! ((((((hugs)))))) |

Congratulations on the promotions and BEST of luck with the mortgage!!! :) I have learned (also with age) that no happiness comes without a price. I wonder if its a way to keep us balanced. No one can be happy all the time, and when things are at a real low, it seems some unexpected happiness happens to keep us sane. Its like a cosmic, karmic balance to keep us humbled. |

You guys are awesome, thank you all so much for your support in this difficult time....I went to the mortgage guy (looked just like Darren from bewitched, so was hard to concentrate cuz I kept trying to twitch my nose) anyways....he said "I don't see any reason you won't get this loan, you've paid all your debt and your credit score is much better than you thought, there is no reason to believe you won't get it" WORD FOR WORD, I was in shock....!!!! I didn't think I could get a house without my soon to be ex...I'm very proud of me!!!! Thanks again and keep the good thoughts and prayers coming, I still need them!! (((((hugs))))) |

Your post makes me think you're having some fab highs, and some very painful lows. Regarding the former, I want to say YAY for you!
