maybe ice pack, benadryl or aloe lotion. You can get benadryl in lotion or as an oral med. ... good luck |
Mild soap and water to get stuff off... is there a number to call on the jar? |
No, its from D.R. lol I shouldnt have used it! I took benadryl and put a cream my mom gave me. Hopefully that works! |
I would go to see a dermatologist asap. |

oh for scars there is this product that is like a soft silicone patch, it comes in large sheets you wear it for about 10 hours a day and it really gets rid of scares, some physical therapy places have it for people that have had surgery. they will usually cut you a piece the size you need and you put it on with some type of surgical tape. you wash it with warm sudsy water every day and it can last for many months. I have used it several time and it really works great. |
A lot of creams and liniments are made to soak in a bit and it takes something like repeated application of oliver oil or mineral oil to clean the residue from the area. Apply it liberally and then wipe off with a cloth and repeat 2 or 3 times very gently rubbing it off. Some creams & things are designed to have little response to soap & water and only an oil base will penetrate and remove the product. A trip to the doc or ER wouldn't hurt if the reaction is really bad. |
Thanks, yes it is soo bad. I havent gone to the dermo because i dont have one, a lot of them don't take my insurance. I might have to go to the ER. The area is swollen, super itchy, hurts, it now hurts to walk. Its on both legs, upper thighs. This is the worst! Good thing the doc. is 3 blocks away |

I hope you are at the ER by now! Only thing to make it worse is to keep itching and make it infected. |

Seriously. I don't have any insurance, and if it were me I'd at least have gone to the derm Dr by now. |
Hey guys! Went to the E.R. last night. They gave me BENADRYL, which i have already LOL But they also gave me an oral steroid and something for imflammation, and a prescription for 5 days. I think the swelling went down a bit over night, it still itches like CRAZY! but hopefully the meds work over this week. Thanks for the help :) Now i am going to ask my bf's sister, why the heck does she have that cream?!! lol it's super bad! |
