Raspberry Ketones So, I wanted to start to get back into shape. I've been slacking off lately, and the peanut-butter snickers have been calling my name a little bit too much. I didn't want to do a diet pill, but I wanted to find something natural that just filled me up a little bit more. I'm an avid water drinker so I searched and found Raspberry Ketones, which I guess is a big Dr. Oz thing..? Anywho, I was wondering if any of you ladies have tried this. So far, day two, I'm a little more awake and not so hungry in the morning like I normally am. Raspberry Ketones Reviews ? Raspberry Ketones Reviews |
I haven't tried it yet, but was thinking about it. Keep us posted on how it's going! I wonder if any of the latest diet things are safe for me though, since I'm diabetic (type 2)? I need to lose a good 20 lbs, that would make it easier to control my sugar, that's certain. I'm watching any and every diet thread with interest and hitting the gym. |

Anywho, I'll keep you updated! I will say, it kept me full and motivated today. Not like a caffeine high type motivation, but I was able to go without my coffee. |

I've never heard of this, but Lisa turned me on chia seeds. It's like bubble tea and fills up your stomach before you eat. She puts it in coconut water, but I put it in plain water. Tastes a bit bitter like unsweetened iced tea, which I like. It was also very good in fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. I need to lose a few and I hate the gym. Trying to find other ways to get some more physical activity. |

Taryn, do you like beans or split peas? If you do, I suggest including them in your diet. Beans are full of fiber and nutritious. They will fill you up, nourish you, and they're good for your blood sugar (you're concerned about diabetes). If you buy dried beans, they're inexpensive (you're in a strict food budget). They're easy to cook up. Just soak and cook in a crockpot. There are many good bean recipes out there (chili, split pea soup, bean curries, etc.). Truthfully, for me, one of my ways to maintain a healthy weight (and be healthy) is to have enough fiber in my diet. Hope this helps. |
Yup, I've been upping the fiber foods. And I love any type of bean. Especially black beans. Yum. I've also been trying to eat oatmeal in the morning as well. Just an update, the Ketone has been really controlling the really bad cravings I get, even during PMS! |
I've been taking Raspberry Keytones and Green Coffee Bean Extract (1/2 the recommended amount of the Green Coffee) and I have definately noticed a decline in appetite and cravings. Food just doesn't taste as good to me and when I get one of those in one of those pantry/refrigerator raiding moods, nothing looks good. I am also eating a couple of squares of 80%+ cocoa chocolate. I have lost a couple of lbs., nothing to brag about, but I do have more energy. Now if I can just get my darn foot well, I'll be ready to rock-n-roll. |

Also, I'm glad the ketone is helping you. |
