Ugh . . .How Can I Be This Nervous?? (job related) Ok, so at 10am I am interviewing for a managerial position within my building. I've been working here since 2000 and know the place like the back of my hand, know how it runs, the staff, the students, etc . . .so why am I sooo nervous? I'm the first interview (which may be good/may be bad) I am going in blind with no inkling of any questions, who is on the panel, etc . . .I'm not really one for the element of surprise . . . :p I'm hoping to do well . . .:hands: Good thoughts/well wishes would be awesome, I need all the help I can get . . .:thumbup: |
Good luck and don't sweat, you WILL do well!!!! Sometimes it's best to approach an interview with no G2 on the individuals conducting the process so there is no preconceived opinions (good or bad). |

Yay, its OVER!! Thanks for all the encouragement guys!! I feel it went really really well!! I answered the questions to the best of my ability to do so. It was just a one on one with me and the Principal, and I'm pretty sure he knows what type of worker I truly am . . .Sooooooo now it's just a waiting game . . . He said he'll be making his decision tomorrow . . .it would of been today he said, but he had to re-schedule an applicant . . . :thumbup: |

I'm glad that it went great! It's too bad that they haven't gotten back to you like they said they would... I know the feeling. I waited for almost a month to find out that I didn't get a teaching position that I interviewed for. Let us know when you find out! |
