Its so cold.....
 
Today it was so cold that my friend and I went out on break today at work, there is a outside hut that has heaters if you are a smoker, well we went in there and she sat up on the back of the bench and took off her shoes so someone wouldn't sit on a wet bench... it was so cold that her feet were steaming!! It was the funniest thing i have ever seen!! I couldn't stop laughing and everytime I think about it I start laughing again.. They looked like they were on fire!! LOL Sorry I just had to share it with all of you just to get an idea of how cold it is in north dakota.. Not only can you see your breath but your feet steam too!! I call her smokey toes now!! LOL I just can't stop laughing about this... I don't think she thought it was as funny as I did!! HA HA :yelrotflm :lol tears

HAHA!!! That's too funny!!!! What was the temp??? It''s getting down in the 20's here for us tomorrow night and that is...brrrrrrrrr...freezing to me :)

It was Minus 20 something with the windchill.. It is freezing here!!! But I heard by the weekend it is going to be in the 30's!! I am so excited haha..

LOL...that is soooo funny! I wish I'd been there...no...on second thought...it's too stink'n cold to be out there!

The weather here really sucks...I still say we're all a bunch of idiots for living here! Today my mother-in-law said, "It's supposed to get to 16 degrees tomorrow." I said, "And I'm supposed to get excited about that?" She said..."Well, after this below zero stuff, it's going to feel like a heat wave." That is true, but I'm still not excited. I hate winter!!!

I hate it too mom!!! It was Teri with the smoky toes... you will have to give her a hard time... i can't stop laughing it was so funny... that would have cheered you up!! LOL I just can't stop!! haha
Glad I have my own house now, if I was still in my apartment my neighbors would think I am nutz!! haha

So it was Teri, huh? I WILL give her a hard time! I love it when something gets me laughing like you're doing now. It does a body good!!!

One of these days when it's really cold, we'll have to throw water into the air and watch it freeze and get it on a video clip for Eddie!

Yeah they like to keep us smokers warm... haha... It is warmer out there than in the building I work in... I have to dress in layers and have a blanket and it is still cold in there!!

Your story has me laughing so hard because it brought back a childhood memory. When I was little we used to go visit my aunt who lives in Denver. I remember one year me and my dad were out playing thowing snow balls at eachother. He fell,,,,,,, I'm laughing so hard!!! and his bennie fell of and when he got up there was steam coming from his bald spot. I can just picture you laughing at your friend! Oh man too funny!!!!

That is so funny!! Ha Ha... I am glad I brought back memories and a good laugh!! I have needed it lately... :)
I can just picture his head steaming!! hehe... that is so funny... I hate the cold but these kind of things make it fun!!! Gives you something to laugh about!!

I can picture the steam...GOOD NEWS, "I luv my pups", I live outside of Bozeman, Montana and we usually get the weather that you get about a day earlier...Well, today it is getting WAY UP to +22 degrees!!! WOW. :) it feels like a heat wave...It's been SO cold here for the past week. I think it was -25 at night and only maybe +10 at the most during the warmest part of the day ALL WEEK LONG..so I know what you mean by COLD !!!!! Poor dogs come in the house with frozen whiskers after being out for 2 seconds.
But anyway, the warmer air is coming your way, I hope...

Hey PaisleyPup...you did send the nice weather our way...so nice that all our snow...well...most of it melted! It truly has felt like a heat wave! Does a body good, for sure!
