I'm not happy. They killed George, they killed Denny, izzy got cancer and left, christina lost another marriage, Meredith lost her baby, and now Lexi is dead....

On another note, Private Practice is just getting stupid. Addison couldn't "keep it in her pants" on Greys and she's turning out to be quite the hussy on private practice too.

I love this show too......I have no idea how this is going to play out it looks like all the members are heading in different directions.

I never could get into the Private Practice.

I miss the George and Izzy days too. Some fans are complaining that the Derrick-injured-hand deal is too much like Burke.

I'm done. I've stuck around as they killed off so many good characters, but Lexi was the last straw. The other characters were getting bland, and uninteresting, and I really liked Lexi. I thought for sure she and Mark were going to get back together and that was going to have it's own dramatic story. (He did have a girlfriend and has his family with The other girl's whose names escape me at this moment)

Was there a new episode this past Thursday?

The season finale was when they killed off Lexi...at least here in Canada it was..I think....I never got into Private Practise either. Next season is the last??:(:eek:

I read somewhere that they didn't renew Derrick's contract...anyone else here this?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was true, his character didn't seem to have much of a story line.

I hope not.... I loved L.A. Law and that ended too....:(

I have lost some interest in the show as well. I loved the George and Izzy days too. What will the show be without Lexie and Derrick? Maybe I'll drop in to see Mark every now and again ;) but I think I am done for the most part.

I thought Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo signed on for two more seasons! Original Grey's Anatomy Cast: Returning For Season 9 (and 10)! - TV Fanatic

I do think Grey's has gotten a little weird, but I've already spent so much time watching every other episode, so there is no way I can stop! I really am upset that Lexi was killed off, I thought it was going to be Arizona (and was hoping it would be Kepner). And I really wasn't impressed with the finale anyway.

I'm glad Kepner failed her boards... I was getting tired of her passive aggressive whininess!

Is it wrong to wish a different character had died? :D ;) I thought it would be Arizona too. Since the show is essentially a soap opera, I was willing to suspend belief. But, this is crazy the way each character has managed to come back from the brink of death and still function as a surgeon: Derrick and the shooting, Cali and the car accident, Meredith and the drowning.....I can't stop watching. :p

I really disliked her when she caused the gunman to shoot Derrick.

Kepner should have been the one to go. She brings nothing to the table, and hasn't for as long as the the character has been on the show. The actress herself is great. I loved her on Mad Men. Now that you all mention it, I would have been happy if Arizona was the one that died instead. Either one of them would have been good.
