Another tragic and sad example of a small dog mauled by a larger one... I think we all need to take cues from our four-legged babies. If they are not comfortable with another four-legged member, then only they know why. Coco the cockapoo mauled to death at camp, lawsuit alleges | The Journal News | LoHud.com | LoHud.com |
Awwww - poor baby. Lucy is TERRIFIED of big dogs and I just gave up on taking her to the small dog park. Even there - she was always the smallest one and always scared. When she sees a big dog on a walk - she immediately wants to turn around and head the opposite direction until I pick her up. Which I do. It's like she knows she's tiny and fragile. Poor Coco. |
I don't force my boys anywhere they seem to not want to go. (except out in the rain to potty! :) They hate wet grass!) This poor baby! I agree though, if they don't want to be somewhere or seem nervous or afraid then why force it? I am terrified of heights. I don't have anyone FORCING me to climb into a hot air balloon or on a roller coaster. Its not fair to make a poor dog who can't tell you NO, that they need to just get over their fear. |
My big 8-pound Yorkie has decided he IS the big dog. No fear. |
