Horrible dog eats actual baby- Not a joke I can't believe this. Not sure where it should go. Mom takes 1 kid to the doctors and comes back to find newborn missing part of their leg. Dad was sleeping in the next room with 3 year old. The dog ate the baby in it swing. U.S. News - Coroner's 'nightmare': Dog dismembers 2-month-old child How could this guy sleep though it? The baby would have cried right? Why leave newborn unattended with dog you just go. Something is very fishy. |
I read about a similar case last year, both parents slept through the attack. I'm guessing drugs/alcohol. Glad the remaining children were taking into custody. |
I agree he had to e on drugs |

How the hell do you sleep throw that? The leg was chewed off. That would take time. |
Oh my this is terrible. Sure don't sound right. Why would the baby be in a different area anyway? Why wasn't the baby brought into the room with him and the 3 year old? You would have heard the baby I think. Almost makes you wonder if something happen to the child before the dog did this? Oh my gosh this is just awful. :(:( |
Here is another article with a picture of the dog, too Infant boy killed when mauled by family dog in Ridgeville as father slept | The Post and Courier | Charleston SC, News, Sports, Entertainment |
Who in the world leaves a baby that small in a swing and then leaves the room to take a nap with a large dog roaming the home??? Those swings can cut off circulation, babies can scoot way down or fall to the side and put them in terribly uncomfortable positions, etc., and the swing even fail with one leg collapsing, not to mention that the dog is going to potentially find the infant a plaything or worse! What in the world? Was the guy on drugs or alcohol or what was going on that would cause him to leave a tiny infant unattended in a swing like that? I cannot imagine what that mother was confronted with when she walked into that room to find her little baby dead like that! That woman will never ever get over that. Nor, probably, will that 7 year old. Even if they totally shielded his visuals, he's old enough to know what happened. What a tragic and horrible story!!! What a terrible death that little thing had - all alone, frightened of that big animal on him, hurting terribly. |
