Do you believe in ghosts? MSN had this story up on it's homepage today. It's actually very interesting. |
Hmm I wouldn't say ghosts, but I believe in spirits! I have had my Dad come visit me- I have also felt my Grandparents around me :D |
I used to believe the house I grew up in had ghosts. I was so happy to move out of there! LOL. If I worked in this supermarket, I'd be looking for a different job. |
I believe !! I smell perfumes, flower scents. The hair on my neck and arms will stand up on end and I hear all sorts of mysterious things. My family all think that I'm crazy and make fun of me.... My dogs and I have heard who I believe to be my dead cat Sheena who is buried in our back yard, jump off of my daughters bed on several occasions. While I sat in the room below her's at the computer with all four of them with me, with no one else in the home when this happens. I know I wasn't crazy because all of the dogs also looked up and wondered what the sound was. Sound was a small thud, just like when my cat would jump off of her bed. I remember when my daughter heard it for the first time. She was standing right beside me as I say at the computer in the room under her's. And she heard it.... freaked her out! Now who's crazy !! |

Well yea... me too, but aren't they some what the same thing. A Spirit leaves our body when we pass and goes to the other side, where ever that may be. Ghosts are lost spirits that have more of a presence here on earth. Who have not moved on.... there is something that is holding them back from making their journey to the other side. |

True. ;) |
I believe we have "room mates", as I say, here in our apt. that are not exactly on the lease. I've had our door shake frantically like someone was trying to open it without turning the handle (dd & Princess witnessed it). Peanut butter in a perfect circle on the wall (not kidding, not kidding) An expen that moved, beyond the possible strength of Princess DD, whose room is usually a target, set two alarm clocks before going back to school after xmas, afraid she'd oversleep from lack of schedule. She set them, leaned back to set her ipod time, too, and looked up to both clocks being totally different times. Different clocks, different plugs, on different walls. Both with battery back up. Most recently, a couple weeks back, her remote was brought out of her bedroom. She wasn't home & I didn't do it. The door is always shut, Princess didn't do it. DD came home after 2 days & asked me about it. Then that night our living room cable box kept displaying "4:58". If we changed the channel it'd say the ch. & current time then revert to 4:58. Whatev. The following morning while I was getting ready for work & dd was sleeping in my room her alarm went off at 5a.m. She had not been home for 2 days & if it was set prior it's the kind of alarm that goes off until it's physically turned off. I CANNOT wait to move, as I know I didn't do this stuff, Princess couldn't have & my daughter has no reason to as it scares her as much as me. Do you believe? |
Now THAT is some super spooky stuff; I can appreciate why you're ready to move! Quote:
