Do you know the date this happened? |
Again: Pins sent via ebay mail: always linked with a real email account. Probably yours. May come down to pleading with the seller to refund your money... Or contact Microsoft to see if the pins have been registered to anyone.... |
We purchase a lot of things online, and thankful this has never happened to us. I pray it's all resolved soon. |

Maybe try too to contact your local police, see if they have a computer crimes division, as they would have better tools to trace all this stuff and find the thieves. |
maybe I am in left field.. but... what about tracing the shipping? I remember one time I sold something and it was paid for through paypal. Well the person claimed they never received and paypal refunded them the money. I took me a year but I got refunded through postal insurance. I just don\'t understand how or why there is not a way to prove you were frauded via paypal or ebay. Did the money come out of a credit card? Maybe you could talk to them? So sorry and I really hope you find a solution. I have been frauded several times, it is not fun at all:( |
I would contact the Internet Fraud Department of my local FBI and see what they advise. |
