How's everyone's Christmas shopping going???
 
I confess, I've done quite a bit of shopping already, but only bought ONE gift.

I keep finding great deals on stuff I need :D. Today, I bought myself a microwave, a pair of faux fur lined leather gloves and a memory card for my camera. They were all 1/2 off deals...how could I pass it up? I go armed with a list of things for everyone else and the stores either don't have what I'm looking for or are out of stock, so I'll probably be doing most of my shopping online this weekend.

How's everyone else doing on their Christmas shopping?

I am doing a lot of my shopping online at Walmart, Kohls, Penneys, etc. It's so much nicer than fighting the crowds. I have a lot of my shopping done, but still need to shop for the girls, plus get their Christmas stockings to hang on the wall, and then of course buy things to put in them!

I'm Crocheting gifts for people this year. Hopefully they like them as much as bought gifts :P

I'm done. The only thing really left is to make the baked goods I take to the Groomers with their gift's and also to the Vet Office.
Now I just have wrap all the stuff. Getting my Deco out this week-end and doing what little I do here. With hubby working over sea's I don't decorate a lot, but I do add some of that Christmas Color about the Living Room and Dining Room.

I have two big (expensive) things to get my dd to be officially done, but I want to get more (not so exp.).:D She's 14 so my time of easily spoiling her at home are close to over.:(
Princess has about a dozen toys so far, & I still have to buy for about 6-8 people depending on the funds.:p That's a great idea for sending baked goods to the vets office, I'd also like to take something to my elderly neighbor.

Basically, I'll be done by the 24th since I'll get sucked into every little thing I see in the meantime. No point in denying it.:rolleyes: Hoping to have the tree up & done by the weekend, which will be a Xmas miracle in itself!

I'm a little behind schedule this year. My oldest son just left on vacation so when he returns next week we will finish. I got everything for my youngest son and I just have to get one more thing for the older one (he will pick out a coat I think) and something for his birthday too. Also have to get his girlfriend something. Then I can concentrate on decorating and baking. I have to write out Christmas cards too. I better get started on them!

They were talking about that on tv and call it self gifting and how not to let it get out of hand lol. We are all guilty of that though because you can find such great deals at christmas time. Im happy to say Im done as far as shopping. I have to get 2 layaways out then Ill have it all paid for except one gift an Iphone my husband has to get for his Mom. So Im excited to be done with the shopping part. Oh by the way I self gifted my self a coat because I needed one and they went on sale 30 percent off lol

Thanks for the heads-up on the link. I just went to the page to see how it works...very easy! I'm buying anyway...maybe as well benefit the pups too :).

I have successfully crossed off about 3/4 of my list with Scentsy products. LOL! https://elizabethcampbell.scentsy.us/Home I have tons of girlfriends, my mom, grandmas, aunts, and my boyfriend's mom and sisters. Done, done, done! And for a reasonable price too! Now for the boys... I did get my brothers a manly warmer and scents but I just don't think my grandpa or dad would dig it. hahaha.

Anyone have any golf-related ideas? Thanks :-D

I was about to say that popular golf gifts around here are passes to indoor golf domes in winter, but then I saw your in Cali, so I'm not sure you have need for them there.

What I'd really like to self-gift ME is a new camera.
One that takes pictures quickly. I swear, ZoE will look right at me, I press the button and by the time the camera actually takes the picture, she either looks away or I just get a blur. I'd love one that captures the picture the split-second I press the button. Any camera/model suggestions?
My Husband has a great camera that he loves but it is a water proof camera that we take to Florida for underwater shots. It takes good pictures anywhere though. Ill ask him what kind it is he is more the camera person in the family

His camera is a Pentax optio W60 its 10 megapixels. He bought off the internet

I have purchased one gift! Eeek! I need to get on the ball! I plan on going out next weekend and finishing it all up at once. I hope I can find some good deals. :)

Got to get busy on the buying of gifts. I have bought two, with lots more to go.

I think I will do some baking for the vet's office; great idea.

I will have to check out Amazon through Yorkie Haven - maybe I can buy some things on line for folks.
