Anyone else think it smells like poop or garbage outside tonight?
 
I have facebook friends from all over the country claiming it smells like dog poop or garbage outside tonight. One friend thinks it's due to the Northern Lights happening tonight.

Anyone else smelling it? Anyone have any ideas why it stinks all over the midwest and maybe the whole US tonight?

Hmmm..well it's normal here in PA. It smells like fall. I sure hope it won't start smelling funky! LOL

We are having crush in Napa Valley so it gets that terrible smell.

My hard has 4 dogs going, so it always has a bit of a smell, regardless of how fast I clean it up. Outside of that, no smell! You want smell, go to Naples!

Normal here in Nebraska--Smells of fall are in the air.--Maybe you have a over sensitive nose right now with being pregnant and all?

I didn't smell anything myself but I know it was a topic on our local news station today that many people are saying the same thing in our area of Missouri.

It's so strange that I found you saying this. I thought the same thing this morning as I was walking up to the door of our office. I didn't notice it at home.:D

i wish they would explain it officially. i know that it stunk all over the midwest last night so i'm hoping someone came up with WHY!?!

LOL so weird. At the dog park last night, I kept getting nasty wiffs... but I just figured it was from the dogs :rolleyes: But it was smellier than usual. I am pretty far from you though. So maybe dogs just had extra smelly poop last night!

It smells fine her in Texas. Is it damp and leaves rotting or something like that that you all smell?

It stinks to high heaven here this morning. Everyone is talking about it. I thought my car was spewing foul gas fumes at home and when I get to work about 10 miles away, it is worse. Inside the bank this morning it is horrid...eew. Does anyone know what it is??

see it's moving south. it was in the midwest and even on the news and the health department and the local weather people had no idea how to explain it.
