Boy found dead in Maine
 
Around here the news has been dominated with the story of an identified four to six year old boy who was found dead in South Berwick, Maine. It has been a couple of days since the boy was discovered and he does not fit any missing persons reports. They believe that the person who put his body in the woods is part of the military. I didn't see another post about this tragedy so I decided to post it. The more people who see it the more of a chance someone will be able to identify the boy.

I heard just a little about this today on the news. So sad. Why would they believe it is a military family? Are there any military bases anywhere remotely close to this rural road?

On the facebook group I am apart of someone said the plates of the car they are looking for are military plates... I believe there is at least one base close by if not more. The article I just found says "The eyewitness who spotted a woman driving a blue Toyota Tacoma pickup truck on Dennett Road the day the boy's body was found said she saw a Navy insignia embossed in or around the truck's license plate." I feel like it would be easier to narrow down the search if they know the type of truck and that the owner is somehow involved in the Navy.

yeah its so sad! what kind of parent would not claim their child??? uugghhh this just shows that some parents should not be parents. :( Poor baby! My prayer go to that child.

Ahhhhhh! That explains it. I was curious, because I didn't think there were any bases close by. Thank you.!:)

Simple...the one's who murdered him and left him to rot out in the woods. I know the facts are not in on this story...but I would be willing to bet that this is just another tragic story of a child suffering at the hands of a parent. Someone who should have loved and protected him above all others. Why else would he not be reported missing? Unless his parents are dead as well. But I'm sure someone would have reported a whole family missing. This story REEKS of another baby killed by one or both of his parents.

It seems to be getting worse as there are stories almost daily of kids being killed or missing. Just heartbreaking.....

This is so tragic and scary!! I first learned about this kind of stuff when I heard about JonBenet Ramsey...so I researched online :eek::eek: It scared the crap out of me...along with it, I've read about many others children who were tortured and killed by their parents. It's absolutely grotesque and disgusting. Above all, it's really sad. These kids were never given a chance...much similar to dogs who land in the hand of bad people. :(:(

Camden Pierce Hughes. He was identified. His mother (Julianne Mccrery) was picked up at a rest stop in Mass. She has confessed to giving him too much medication. I guess she has a past of prostitution and drug history. :( RIP sweet Camden. What a shame!

It's been all over our new's here. This little boy is from Irving, Texas about 30 minutes from me. This is just so sad.
