People...grrrrr... People suck...can I say that here?? My husband went to a heavy equipment auction today and the auction barn has a gravel parking lot so our black truck got all dusty. When he got home we went to take pictures of our grandson and his date for prom. I got in my side of the truck and noticed a pretty good sized dent on the passenger side back door...and...someone had wiped the dust off like they were trying to see how much damage was done or like they tried to rub their paint off. You know they had to know what they did! And, of course, they didn't leave a note...grrr! |
That's terrible! People just don't seem to care anymore. No more respect for other people or their property. I'm sorry this happened to you. |
That does suck, I am sorry! People are so rude. I always try to park away from people when I go somewhere, I would rather walk then have some mark on my car. I was so mad the other day, I ran in the store to grab milk, I parked in the middle, it was very windy, when I came back someone put a cart right in front of my car, ( corvette) it was seriously 1 inch from hitting my car! I was so mad.. Now I will always park away from people!! |
How rude! And uncaring! And disrespectful! And ... |

Thank you Sammy Mommy. lovespandp...I know exactly what you mean! We've had several Corvettes, new and classic cars (cars are our weakness...me and hubby both...that's bad!) and I always try to park at the outer edge of the lot. It never fails though...people seem to seek out the nicest car and park right next to it. I remember right after I got my 2002 Thunderbird I parked at the farthest edge of the lot and when I came out I was surrounded by cars...it looked like they did it on purpose...but at least I didn 't have any dents! |

You know what the husband has been saying lately, "The more people I meet, the more I like my yorkie." (does not apply to YTer's!) |

That is soooo rude! That happened to me at my community college, someone dented the side of my Jeep. Must have hit it while backing up or something. I'm sure they heard themselves do it because it was not a small little dent. No note. Grrr. |
Had to laugh my dh says this all the time. Guess he is not alone.. :) |
PDR....Paintless Dent Removal. Costs anywhere from $50-80 and if the paint is not scratched, the dent will be gone and you will never know there was damage. I hate when idiots do that. It ihas happened to our cars more that ones over the years. I almost got into a fight with a guy last month. We were walking into Petco and it was windy. A guy gets out of his car, and his door slams into a new Dodge Charger. The guys does not even look and ignores it. Not Steve. I ran infront of him and told him he hit the guys car and to leave a note. He backed down and left the note. I guess I get a crazy look when I get fired up. I also took his License Plate number, Village number, and asked to see if the info one his Drivers License matched the note. The guy got back in his car and drove away. I waited outside for the owner to return and explained to him what happened. He was very thankful. A huge guy that I think would have killed the other guy if he had been in his car when it happens. Never fails, I park away from people, and when I come out, always a piece of Cr#p is parked close to me. |
Yes, PDR does wonders! We had some small dents removed on a truck we bought a few years ago and you couldn't even tell the work had been done. |
People are in such a hurry all of the time! I have a Mini Cooper and always park at the far end of the parking lot and it never fails that when I come out there is someone parked really close even though there are a million empty spaces. It is infuriating! I have a similar saying in my signature below. |
