I am loving all the responses! I'm so glad I started this thread! Keep em coming! I'm glad I'm not the only person crazy enough to have so many 'extended family members' !! I REALLY want to get my exotic animal license so I can get a gray squirrel or a northern flying squirrel but my bf said to wait a while when I don't have quite so many pets at one time! I can't wait! I'm already gathering the materials I need to build it's cage! hehe I'm so bad!

We have 4 dogs, & 2 gold fish.

Precious(Shih Tzu) 14 1/2 years old
Sadie(Chocolate Lab) 6 years old
Mollie 22 months old
Wyatt 4 months old.

We are definitely animal poor at our house, and Ethan would love a cat. But, I'm really not a cat person. No offense to anyone. Plus we are both really allergic to cats.

I have 1 fancy goldfish-Nemo

and my mom has a Chi named snoop, who is 10 yrs old, grumpy and hides when I try to take his picture..

I have 2 furbabies. We have Mr. Kirby McDuff or "Duffy" as we call him. He is a West Highland White Terrier. He is 7 month old. He is a beautiful Westie. My daughter and I got him for my husband for Fathers day. He is VERY smart and always full of energy. He is about 18 1bs. I probably need to put him on a diet as he is a little chubby.

We also have Jasmine. A tiny little Yorkie. She is probably about 2 21/2 lbs. She is 4 months old. She is very sweet and affectionate, but also can be a little ball of fire, especially when she is bossing Duffy around.

My husband is retired so he is home with them all day. He's also not in very good health right now. Our furbabies entertain him and he really loves them both. I'm glad he is home with them to take care of them all day. I still work and I miss them.
We also have 3 married children and 8 grandchildren who all live close. They love the dogs too.

1 yorkie - Miko -17 months old whom we love to death and is our little sweetiepie!
Hoping to get another yorkie, a girl, after we buy our new place :)
We can't wait!

Ok, I tried to get pic's of Nemo...I promise he is in there, and he is that big, maybe a little bigger.

i have 1 dog my rosie had her since she was 7 weeks old

4 cats

pickle a tabby moggie who we rescued 12 years ago, he was being used as a football by grown men, and thrown as hard as possible to see if he bounced, i took him and have had him ever since, he cannot meow and is a little slow but we love him.


jaffa a ginger boy who we found 8 years ago he was so thin you could put your hands under his rib cage it was so sad, he now weighs 8kg and the most loving cat you can find.

smartie and stella 2 black fluffy girls who iv had since they were 5 weeks old, they were kept in a shed because the owners had a human baby and didnt want the kittens near it, they are 5 now and loving cats


all my animals are done as soon as they are older enough as i feel theres enough pups kittens in this world with out me adding to them, not that im agaisnt proper breeding.

Wow Wendy. how wonderful of you to rescue those kitties. Lucky little babies! How could ANYONE use a living breathing creature for a FOOTBALL? :mad: or lock little kittens in a shed. :( Glad to hear they are all healthy now! :)

Wow, I was debating on whether to reply to this one or not, but here it goes:
2 dogs- 1 pug Bailey and 1 yorkie Brandy
1 cat- himalayan Mai Tai
1 giant aldabran tortiose- Kalua
3 leopard geckos
2 chinese water dragons
1 frilled dragon

in the fish tank:
3 turtles tiny, spotty, and yellow-belly
2 parrotfish
1 pacu
1 snow cichlid
1 silver catfish
2 tinfoil barbs
1 gourami
1 sharklike fish my husband bought
1 upsidedown catfish
in the pond:
2 goldfish
1 florida softshell turtle


yeah, I know it's alot, but they're well taken care of. Maybe I should start charging commision to come into my house.

Well, technically I only have 2 dogs but in our house we
have 4 dogs and 2 cats.

Teddy is our 10 month old Yorkie
Oscar is my 9 year old Dachshund

The above 2 are mine

Then we have 2 grandpups staying here until their dysfunctional
owner (my youngest son) can pull his life together.

Max is a 110 pound Black Lab he's 5
Lucy is a Chocolate Lab and she is 3

Snickers is my youngest daughters cat he's 9
Mickey is my oldest son who lives with us cat and he is 5

Dogs - Pixie (Chihuahua) Princess of the canine bunch and a HUGE Daddy's girl, just turned 2 in October, Beowulf (Boxer) Momma's boy, will be 2 in February, Piper (Yorkie) also Momma's boy but also Beo's shadow, just turned 8 months on the 10th, Luna (Boxer) is now 15 weeks old and still a handful.

Birds - Nittany (African Grey) is a Mommy bird, 2 years old, Puck (Green-cheek Conure) Loves everyone, 2 1/2 years old, Tiki (Greenwing Macaw), prefers his Daddy even though he's Mommy's graduation gift, 1 1/2 years old

Cats - Cuddles, our 17 year old girl as of Halloween (got from Animal Rescue as a kitten), ClaraBelle, 4 years old, Rules the house (also from Animal Rescue as a kitten)

We LOVE all our babies and each one has their own personality and are a huge part of our lives. Couldn't part with any of them. Still want my Yorkie girl and then THAT'S IT...I think :rolleyes:
