Its badly injured and its all my fault :( I picked the dogs up after work today at Grandma's daycare and Armani would not stop jumping up and I was worried HE was going to get injured. I wanted to talk to my mom for a minute, so I put him in the kwigy bo by the door. Well this made him very very mad apparently and he chewed right through the mesh opening- so My kwigy bo is now badly injured :( I LOVE this bag. FINE! I do love him more and glad the bag and not him is injured, but still  What can I do- Are there kwigy bo specialists who can fix this for me? Who does this kind of thing, a tailor? |
I went to the Kwigy bo website and this is their contact information. Maybe they can recommend a place for you. SupportContact Us Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM EST. E-Mail: info@petroyaltyinc.com Phone: 1.888.588.5269 Fax: 1.866.758.1159 |
Maybe a seamstress can repair it for you. |
Wow, chewed through the mesh?! These little ones never stop surprising us do they? ;) Hopefully someone from Kwigy Bo can help. If not, maybe you can contact where you purchased it from. Maybe they know of someone who can fix it. |
Oh goodness, when I first read this subject line I feared that Armani was injured. |

Thankfully it's just a bag & it's replaceable (or fixable). Before getting my kwigy bo, I bought mesh & converted some old purses by cutting out leather & replacing it with mesh to make my own dog carriers while my puppy was small & still growing. It was fairly easy to do with upholstery thread & a heavy duty needle in my sewing machine. |
Take it to a shoe repair place. They fix purses and luggage, too. A skilled person can do wonders. |
Can you post a pic? Glad it happened in a house and not outside! |
I'm sorry! I just read about something similar happening to another member a few days ago. The people took their bag to an auto paint/upholstery shop (where they work with a lot of leather), and the shop was able to completely replace the mesh with a heavier type. They said the bag looked great when it was done and it wasn't very expensive. Maybe you could look into that? Good luck! Bonny |
