We are thinking Thanksgiving Day time, yes. :) I have already said I hope he/she looks just like my husband, he was adorable:rolleyes: He says the same about me of course.

LOL! I asked the nurse this morning if I needed to take another test. She laughed and said no. She said false positives are just to rare to worry about.:rolleyes: That's me though the worrier.;)

CONGRATS!!!! We found out on the 29th that we are expecting too :D Maybe we can be each others' life support LOL

I am more and more amazed with how much I worry about things I never thought about before. lol:rolleyes: like coughing too hard!! Gee Whiz, right! Do you do that?
I was not able to get an appointment for 2 more weeks! That feels like forever.:p

We had our first doctor's appointment today. I am 8 weeks and 4 days. My due date is November 25th! (My dh informed me this is the best hunting day of the year.:rolleyes:)

We had an ultrasound and were able to see and hear the heartbeat. This was such an amazing experience. It literally took my breath when we heard the fast beating. We are both big softies and just could not believe what we were seeing. Of course, right now the baby looks like a bean with sprouts but it was a beautiful little bean:D

How exciting for you!!! A baby will turn you both into major softies!! But it is all worth it! :) I laughed about the hunting day. My husband is a hunter too. We had to work our wedding around hunting seasons. :D

I will do that. He ALWAYS barely makes it to my mom's for dinner because he spends this entire day hunting. (something about getting the biggest buck he ever shot on this day:rolleyes:)
