Want a redo of last couple days.
 
Not a good couple days. Last night I felt sick: Headache esp around eyes, stomach felt like something was trying to claw itself out, cold then hot etc.
Went to work today and had to leave about 5:15. They want me to come in an hr earlier tomorrow, told them i would but warned I was sick all last night. One of my supers sd that is how his flu episode started.

Then also last night, I went to the bathroom, as I flushed I heard a tink. My wedding ring fell into the toilet! Dh looked all over the bathroom hoping it had went anywhere else. Never found it. Funnily this was my 2nd wedding ring. Hubby lost his original several yrs ago, at work (he is a maintanence worker) IN A TOILET he was working on. Hopefully 3 sets in almost 30 yrs are not too bad of odds. I guess.
Good news: I get to go shopping for a new set of wedding rings. Love new jewelry.

Ack! What a bad couple of days! Do you think you have a little flu or something :(?

I'm so sorry about your ring. Of course, it *does* mean you get a new one :D.

If you did not have bad luck, you would have no luck at all! Hope you are feeling better, and yes, new rings! May want to get them a bit smaller in size! or wear them on a chain! I also destroyed one as I was working outside, and scraping caulk off the window frame and brick once and realy scratched it up so bad it could not be buffed out.

I hope you feel better soon. I cannot imagine working with the flu! So very sorry you lost your wedding set, but accidents happen. I hope you find a new set you really like.

Thanks all. What do you think about these? Jim is getting a new one too, as he wants to match as much as possible. Our first set was a cheap set as we were only 18. The next ones where yellow gold with our names and date of wedding inscribed on them. So these will def be different.

The trio is what I would love and It is only 40.00 more. Which do you like better? I rec a coupon for 50.00 if I order this week. Strongly leaning towards this one, but hubby I think likes the other. Decisions, decisions. :D

I am thinking of a renewel in Gatlingburg next year. It will be our 30th. A lot of our money in Nov is going for my parent's 50th. And dh wants to go to Washington state because we wants to see the Redwoods.

Hope you are feeling better. I have noticed each morning several school systems closed due to sickness. I have just battled the sinus junk. Feel better soon!

When you say 'trio', do you mean getting the 2 bands + the solitaire. If that's only $40 bucks more, go for it! It's beautiful, and classic too.

Is Gaitlinburg that famous historical city that's been talked about before here? I was trying to tell my hubby about this city the other day, but couldn't recall the name.

Ck Gatlingburg here: Gatlinburg Attractions - Tourist Attractions in Gatlinburg, Tennessee

We go to the attractions every yr. One of my sister in laws gets free tickets through her work for all the Ripley's attractions.

Love the quirky shops and major malls. Last time we went we went to the smoky mountain distillery and bought moonshine cherries.

The tio does include all three rings. I am so leaning towards them.

Love the rings........we love visiting Gatlinburg, fun town, lots to do and lovely rides and trails.
