How are those New Year's Resolutions coming? Hello, all! It's February 1. Though millions of Americans make resolutions in January, they are usually abandoned before the month ends. If you've made a resolution this year, only to give up on it, I urge you to consider it again. Maybe your original resolution needs to be slightly less ambitious, or tweaked in some way. That's okay! You can still make great changes this year. For those of you who resolved to lose weight, we'd love for you to post your progress, lack of progress, WHATEVER, on the YT diet mini-group: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gro...e-mommies.html. Hope to see you there! |
I have gained 3 pounds since the first of the year! Plan is to lose 10 pounds. With all the snow shobeling I will be doing, I will lose the 3 pounds! I have given up smoking, drinking and sex. What is left? |
Sex, really? Was that a decision you made, or your wife? ;) |

I forget. She makes all the important ones, and I just nod in agreement. |
Well...I've lost 6 pounds, I'm eating healthier and actually using the treadmill however...I haven't won the lottery yet! I guess I still have 11 months to work on that one though :D |
My resolution was to actually GAIN weight and to take better care of my body. I still haven't gained any weight. I'm about 15 lbs underweight. This is harder than you think. I also am getting my finances in order this year which is going well! |
My resolution was to be more careful with my money, it's not working. :D |
