I'm Pregnant!
 
I'm dying to tell someone, so I knew I could confide in the YT community. One of the many perks of having a virtual community to connect with. I just confirmed tonight that I am pregnant. I'm nervous, anxious, excited, and overwhelmed all at once. I actually felt light-headed when I read the test was positive.

Khloe has been curling up to my stomach rather than my head on my pillow at night. I personally think she sensed it before I knew. So our family will be complete, and at maximum capacity. Combined, we have a 20 year old, a 7 year old, a soon-to-be 6 year old, 8 month old Khloe "The Terror Terrier", and in 10 short months, an infant. Feel free to comment, and tell me I'm crazy. lol. It is in God's hands, and he will make a way. Good nite. (:

Congrats! My best friend just shared similar news with me recently. She is 3 months along, this is her second baby. I don't know how her 5 year old skinkid, her 4 year old Golden, and her 3 month old poodle mix pup will say about adding to their family. :p

Congratulations! I had mine spaced out a bit too, all got their turn at being the "baby" - all in all, wouldn't have had it any other way.

Congratulations to you and your family. My kids are 19 & 21, so it's been that long since I've had baby experience. I went to a baby shower yesterday and there were pregnant young women all over the place. I felt all those emotions you described for them and I didn't even know most of them!! I was afraid to let my dd drink the punch for sure!! :D It brought back a lot of memories. Hope your pregnancy is healthy and everyone does just fine.

I'm having a hormonal day with my online college courses, shuffling my kids to school, going to work in 1 1/2 hours, and getting Khloe all of my undivided attention as I attempt to clean up a bit. I appreciate everyone's support so very much! I miss the infant stage, so ever since Khloe chose our family, we've treated her like an infant. So, in essence, I will have two infants (one human, and one that thinks she is), and two other growing children. My biggest worry is how Jimmy, Josh (his oldest, although I claim him as mine too (: ) Brian, Aspen, and Khloe will adapt. I love them all sooo much, and my love is enough to stretch to them all equally. I haven't told the kids yet; it was a pleasant surprise, but as a result, I wasn't taking folic acid or physically preparing myself. I pray this child is healthy; now that I know, I will do all that I can to ensure that. Hope you all have a fabulous week. Thanks again! xo

Congratulations! Mine are 29, 27, 16 and 7 - all with the same husband, plus the 2 yorkies - so I know what it is to have them spaced out. Funny though......my little surprise just makes me out to be a lot younger than I am - LOL!

That is awesome! I had two really close together, and just was able to return to work/college this past year. And during fall and spring baseball, I have to use very creative scheduling. I'm not as nervous about my abilities this time because of the age difference. Brian and Aspen were 14 months apart; both pleasant surprises. I would have never guessed in a million years that you have a 27 YO by chatting with you. You are so spunky and energized; I can read it in your posts. (:
