dtr finds masked man in her car True! As she posted on facebook today, she goes and warms up her jeep every morning before work. After starting it, she goes back in and continues getting ready. This morning when she came back out, she opened her door (tinted windows) there was a man in a ski mask in her car seat. She sd she almost had a heart attack till she realized it was her dad. We live next door, and he wanted to make sure the car stayed running for her. He did have his ski mask on as it was below freezing. I think he meant it as a joke, but I am not sure she totally took it that way. I told him, never again. It was a good thing she did not have a gun! |
She had to be scared to death. Just in the instant of opening the door and seeing someone in a ski mask. After that she would have recognized him. I probably would have had a heart attack, too.:) |
Wow, how scary that must have been for her! I could not imagine opening my car to find a masked man... |
I would be so mad at my Dad. I would have had a heart attack. |
She never gets mad at her dad. only me. They are very close and after she got over the scare she was ok. I told him what I thought about it though. He will not do it again. |
I also cranked my car when it is cold, but I carry my spare keys and lock it. Mine will not lock when running when you open the door and try to lock with out the spare. I think I would have had a small heart failure. |
OMG Johnna! I would of had a heart attack! Thank goodness she does not carry pepper spray. |
I bet she is laughing about it now, but was probably scared to death at the time :D |
ACK ! I think she owes her Dad some payback! Also, she has to get herself one of those remote car starters, those things are great for winter climates (and, naughty Dads :p). |
I read hubby the posts here. He said Daddy has a key. LOL. He will not be doing that again! |
Bless his heart. He was doing it out of love. Not to scare her to death!:) |
I might not have had a heart attack but I would have had to change clothes... |
How scary for her! I think dad should install a remote starter for her so that doesn't happen again!:p |
