Missouri's Dirty Dozen.....:mad: http://www.humanesociety.org/assets/...irty_dozen.pdf Below Warning Very Graphic Pictures!! usda horrific 2010 report Please Feel Free To Cross Post! By the way did anyone read about the big raid in NJ? It took place yesterday in Cape May County, NJ. Six dogs were found dead, and they took out almost 60 dogs, some birds and a cat. Very sad. This woman was on Facebook and claimed to be rescue and she was a hoarder. The dogs were in terrible condition. I help with one of the rescues involved and my dad was going to foster the male collie. He was in pretty bad shape, and the animal hospital he was taken to decided to keep him right there and treat him. He was severely dehydrated, and tested positive for heartworm. No food or water was visiable and they had the big dogs in outside kennels with no shelter from the cold. Here is the link if anyone is interested. NBC40.net Video Player |
That is just so horrible! Makes you want to cry! How could any human being let something like that go on? And the inspector should be fired, fined, and caged for a while! No direct violations!!!!!????? Horrible wounds and bones showing? Water bowls terribly fouled? Ticks so thick on a dog's face, you can't figure wht you are looking at, at first? But no direct violations so the most the breeder got was a $250 fine and see you next year? Sickening! |
It's sickening!! Our local shelter (in MO) recently took in several that was from a raid.....situation was from a woman that was a hoarder. Our shelter is overflowing with animals right now and to see what how broken their spirit looks is incredibly sad!! |
This is so upsetting. I am still in awe how people can do this to a living thing. Makes me cry. Poor babies. |
