Any computer or electronic nerds out there? I need help!! Please I really need your help!! I need some help with a Christmas gift for my brother. Normally I would go to him and ask him but since the gift is for him it doesn't quite work out. Anyways I am looking to get him some wireless headphones. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. A few questions.... What is a good transmission range for one? How many MHZ is good? I've seen a few with infrared, is this better? What should I look for in a good headset that he will most likely be satisfied with? A few years ago I attempted to buy him a wireless headphone. I had to return it as it didn't work well. The main problem was it had noise interference or static that made it difficult to hear the real sound. What do I look for in a headset to make sure this doesn't happen? Please if anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it!! |
I can't really answer any of your questions, but wanted to show you this site. It is one of my favorites for giving gifts to "geeks". I love this stuff. ThinkGeek :: Stuff for Smart Masses |
i have also bought from there...it is awesome! |
I don't know all the stats, but I have 2 pairs of wireless headphones, the motorola bluetooth headphones, and the Plantronics backbeat ones (from at&t). Do your research, fr some reason the plantronics will NOT link to my Ipad, even though they are newer than the Motorola ones. |
But them at Amazon.com, and go to that website thru the Yorkie Haven Rescue link! http://www.amazon.com/?&tag=yorkieha...C2WX1JE9A6Y44P& |
Oh geez, I am not good with tech-y stuff. But this is my way of bumping it up for you! |
