You have the "Bush" problem and we have the "Blair" problem. When you click on the link and see what yobs have done to these defenceless animals then you know why people are leaving this country. There is no deterent in Engalnd and yob culture is taking over, this country sucks for the way it treats the victims and congratulates the offenders. :mad:

Just a question - I know it's bad, but what is a "yob"? Like young gangsters, or unruly kids that run in groups?

HANG ON A MOMENT, this goes on in every country not just england, so emigriting isnt going to stop it, and its not always youngsters that do evil things to animals its all ages, id go on holiday to other countries but never leave england. blair and bush are both as damaging to our countries but it is us that votes them in so why do we?
so please dont slag off england be proud you are just like the usa are proud to be american.
as people on here will no i never get involved with debates or any arguments but this i felt like i had to defend my country you really made me mad saying such things, ARE YOU emigrating to anothetr country? just wandering as you say it sucks here you must be

Unfortunately, animal cruelty happens everywhere!

And, since someone brought politics into this, I say THANK GOD FOR MEN OF COUrAGE AND CONVICTION LIKE PRESIDENT BUSH AND PM BLAIR! No leader out there is perfect, but I am so glad these two men are looking out for our safety. Don't boither getting into an argument with me about it, I voted for President Bush twice and only wish he could run for office again.

Knowing how much the Brits LOVE their dogs, I know these headlines would
sell many papers. I, like Elizabeth ,feel that no one is perfect when it comes
to running a country and no matter what our political feelings we do owe
alot to Bush and Blair.

I would make a guess that the media we expose our children to...and the current state of godlessness that pervades the world in general, has more to do with this kind of cruelty that politics.....where are the parents and where have they been while these kids were growing up? Sigh...

I know animal cruelty happens in other countries but since Tony Blair came to power there is no deterrant for such cruelty. Mr Blair said he was gonna change the laws on fieworks but young children are still in the street throwing them about because they don't care and no ones gonna stop them. I certainly didn't vote for him and I never will and yes I will leave this country as soon as I can. This country has no direction anymore and it's the victims of crime that suffer and the criminals that get a pat on the back. Sorry I made you mad but everyones entitiled to their opinions.

We are so much better off on Yorkie Talk when we stay off "politics." Leave England if that's what you want to do. I plan on living in Mexico when my husband retires, but only because of the weather and the cost of living. I'm certainly not going there to get away from America! I bleed red, white and blue!

YES everyone is entitled to there opinions i didnt say they were not, but to slag england off is wrong, what country are you thinking of going too maybe they wont want you have you given that a thought?.
i dont no were in england you live but iv not seen fireworks being thrown around no more this year than any other so were you get that from i dont no.
no i dont live in a quiet area, i live in south london were we all are proud to be english and watch each others backs, i think coming on a yorkie forum and slagging england off just ant right i dont wont these lovely people thinking my countrys crap
