Actually, I slept quite well, thank you! I still have some cleaning to finish today...wash and iron the dust ruffles on the beds, doilies to iron, wash and clean the truck, clean and vacume the golf cart...things like that. I felt great when I got up today and even went for an introductory visit at Curves :) I think I'm going to go to a few yard sales and then head over to the rec center to join again so I can walk on the inside track. Not sure where the energy is coming from but I'm going to take advantage of it while it's here!

Thanks! Afternoon got interrupted though...have to run the girls to the vet to get their glands done...turns out they didn't do them at their last grooming... and Moo ain't happy!

So that's where all my energy went! ;)

Today is my housecleaning/pup grooming day and I don't feel like doing anything! Wanna come for a visit? :D I have lots and lots of stuff you can clean. :cool:

If I were closer I'd be glad to come help but I don't think I could squeeze it in between the vet visit and dinner time ;)

How long have you been taking those vitamins? I'm thinking about asking my hubby to pick some up for me after he gets off of work. I would go, but I'm too tired.:p

I don't mind sharing the info because they have really helped me. I use the One A Day menopause formula. I chose not to do HRT after my hysterectomy and these vitamins are just enough to keep me calm, control hot flashes and give me energy. I'm on my second bottle so I've been taking them just over a month and I can tell a big difference...I can also tell when I forget to take them!

Well, I have yet to get to the store for the coffee & vitamins, BUT you've SHAMED me into......
just cleaned & waxed parquet tiles in foyer.:rolleyes:

maybe more.......we'll see;)
