How Rude So I'm at a "shee-shee" outdoor Mall in my area. I'm in my favorite store just looking around and I see this girl with a tiny little yorkie. I just walked past and "Awe, how cute" and I started to ask her how old he was...she snubbed me and didn't even respond to my compliment about her dog. She just walked away.:pfft: How rude..... Whenever I have my dogs and people say anything nice about my dogs I say thank you. I shouldn't be surprised about it at this particular mall, but I was a little offended. :embarasse |
Is it possible that she didn't hear you? I would hope that she would at least respond to your question if she had heard you... |
Reading the title, for a second I thought I was again in trouble with someone! Everyone is different. Most people will say thank you, and start up a conversation. Some will not. No big deal. At least you do not have to have dinner with the individual. Same as when I was an active Harley Rider. 99% of all Harley riders will give a quick wave or head shake, and 1% ignore you. So what. |

Well, I know she heard me because I was right next to her. I would hope she'd repond too, but it is a mall known for snotty people so I shouldn't be surprised. I just know that when I bring my two out....people are going to stop me and say "aww how cute". and ask me questions. Even if I don't feel like talking...I'm polite and I answer them,. I'd never be rude that way... Thanks everyone for your replies :) I'm over it now...:rolleyes:lol |
