First ever anniversary...
 
Today my first anniversary with my boyfriend. We had very rocky start due to language barrier and different school, but we made it here and today he have whole romantic surprise for me. He no money at moment, so everything he plan is from his heart only. Will tell how it goes..

He he I so excited! I never have romantic boyfriend before. He in acting and singing school so I hoping he sing me a song..He creative obviously hehe.

I wrote him Russian love poem. He won't be able to read it, but he loves when I speak in Russian to him. He think it sexy.

Oh what a fun evening, him singing and you speaking your sexy Russian, he's right, Russian does sound mysterious and sexy! I think lots of men start out romantic, but sometimes are shut down by the greedier girls who would rather have jewelry, and they lose this sense of romance. When a romantic man can afford it, jewelry will eventually come, but a song will stay in your heart forever. :D

Why would expect jewelry..This so much more special...Anyone can buy a bracelet...Writing song or poem far more personal. Personal more loving, yes?

Then again if he got me yorkie I not complain...;) :D :p

Or they are shut down by non-romantic girls and only try giving flowers once. Yup, that was me.

Sometimes I think girls want to impress other girls, as in "look what he got me." Girls with no heart would like jewery better, but that means that they don't really like the guy.

Well actually with all drama in my life, I really like...Lets call him Phantom :p because our relationship is so calm and in rut, it comforting. I sure when my life is back on track though, I want something new. That being said, I do like him lot lot more than the dumb jock I usually date...He actually interesting...Plus he like me for my brain not my face which never happen before.

This sounds like the basis for a good relationship, I use to like drama in my relationships, but I found life has enough drama and now I like my relationships stable. You can always add some spice to an old recipe, you don't need an entirely new recipe. :D In other words, the drama can come from other aspects of your life and things that you are doing, it doesn't need to involve the man, he can be your rock and safe haven, but he does have to be interesting.

Yep, and he's the perfect blend between a rock and hard spot. :D I'm not sure if that's a good metaphor. There's a saying in this country about being in between a rock and a hard spot and oh dear I need more coffee. What time is it there?

I have learned that too.... so much goes on in life that when I come home to my significant other, I want calm, stable, comforting... but still smart, active and romantic! My guy is perfect (for me!) :)
