Can you go to the first post. Click onto the link. I think it'll take you to the a large pic of the small pic. Can you print it for Lee and take it to her. Howie is out of her Rosie and Denny. Both from her line.

I love it :D! Congrats to Howie and Mary! Howie is adorable, please pass this along to his people for me! Also, remind him that in Hollywood, excess can be the norm - so he should be careful of those who are constantly trying to give him treats :D.

Will remind him of the excess. However, I don't know if that will work with him. Even though he was a preemie pup, he's always been so food motivated. Now this is a dog that will do anything for frozen green beans....that should tell you something.

I love his owner/trainer/handler. I was absolutely amazed at how he bonded with her. Within two days she was his Alpha, looked to her for everything. I couldn't believe how quickly learned proper behavior.

Oh! by the way, Howie has a brother, Herbie. I'm sure most know that when using animals in the movies, two or more are used. Herbie and Howie have completely different personalities. Herbie is more layed back....where Howie is the more outgoing and active one. Wanted to be put into every scene......constantly looking to his trainer with that look and attitude that was telling her "Put me in coach".

I only have CoCo... I am the one that has been looking for a long time for a sibling for her :) ... but waiting for the right one to come along..

Only Howie is of my breeding. Howie's owner did an amazing job of matching these two boys up, that only a trained eye can see the differences. She only had 2 weeks two get them trained before they left for Toronto. The training did continue while they were there. But, she was amazed as how far the two boys had come in such a short time. Herbie is older than Howie.....

If you did not live so far it would be a doable. However, you have a wonderful breeder close by you. Katie Davis/Starbark's Yorkshire Terriers.....she lives in Independence. Has some gorgeous dogs. However, she is just as tough as I am, if not tougher. She'd make you jump through hoops.

I wish I could have been there.......They both have a lot to be proud of.....so many years and such a contribution to the breed.

I can't wait until I get the DVD to either bring or send them.....

i'd love every minute of it and wouldn't want it any other way!! someday when i have more time in my life i'd love to help someone with a whelp just to see it, not to breed i never want to do that myself, but i'd love to experience a whelp...and i want to learn the show ring.

You might want to look into attending a couple of meetings of the Yorkshire Terrier Club of Greater Kansas City and maybe joining. Katie use to be the President but, is now a Board Member. She was instrumental in getting the club going. Great way to get started. I really recommend her reputable breeder, excellent exhibitor and wonderful all around person.

FYI: Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure is going to be on the Disney channel this Sunday (5/22). Who's going to be watching....mostly to see Howie of course :)

My husband bought it for me the first day it came out. Howie is our cousin and we couldn't be prouder. He's a little star! Herbie was cute too, but you can tell the difference in the two if you look closely. Howie is the one with the good ear set and dead level top line..lol

Should post this in Genereal Discussion for the people that don't make it down this far..
