Here is one with some of my buddies when we were all Marine Lts. back in 73 and stationed at The Basic School in Quantico Va. All 3 went on to become Marine Pilots. (I was a Artillery Officer) The big guy next to me was killed in a Crash in 77, and the other 2 are nearing the end of their flying Careers as Captains with American Airlines. I am not short, they are just tall! LOL

Unfortunately they no longer fit! The uniforms all seem to have shrunk. I have a ton of hard copy pictures from back in the day, but none on the PC. I will see if I can get some on here. The only thing that fits is the Cover and the Officers Mameluke Sword. Back then I was making all of $6000 as a 2nd Lt, and it cost several thousand to buy the requited uniforms. Easier being enlisted, everything was paid for. I wore my Dress Blues around 3 times, never wore the Dress Whites or the Winter Service Alpha's. Basically Summer Service Charlies or as they were called back then, Fatigues, and they were so heavy on the starch you could pull a muscle putting your leg thru.
