Quarterly Review of the NEW YEARS RESOLUTION I came across the new years resolution thread and read some really great stuff so I wanted to see how everyone was doing:) Are we excercising, eating right, did we quit smoking, did we buy the yoga equiptment and using it? I'll start, I didn't lose 1 stinkin ounce:mad: |

Oh V, not what I was expecting....lol...you crack me up!:D |
what the heck is a new years resolution? :p |

It's that thing you do every year trying to fool yourself ....I'm sure some actually accomplish something ....(don't really know the stats on that one ) but most people I know pretty much THINK about it - plan it ....then wake up one day and find out it was all a dream :D all that partying on during the holidays makes us a bit nuts |

I do have a real response. What the heck is YOGA Equipment ? I always thought it was just trying to be a human pretzel and trying to hold still in uncomfortable poses but without machines ? What is the 'equipment' for ? To get you un-twisted ? |

there is yoge blocks for beginners, a rubbery mat, and rubber bands to help you achieve "the pretzel" |
Okay .....so I'm being a giant dork:D I was hoping to capture the attention of all who lost their motivation to follow through with their ughhh "commitment" and encourage them to keep trying. DH said said his new years resolution was to eat healthy and drop a few pounds....yeah......I'm talking about a man who put's half and half in his cereal and suger on his ice cream....lol. DH found 7lbs that somebody lost:D I still love him...my little junkie junkerton:p |
that's what i thought too. Hoping to hear of people's failures, yeah that's right i said it! :p that''s why I never make them in the first place! |

Well if the condition of my (bed) sheets all over the place every morning is a sign of yoga ( I think I sleep like a pretzel) - than I'm on my way - and I don't need no stinkin rubber bands ....yet |
