I am grateful for my husband and 2 beautiful children and the health of us all. I am also grateful to have a large group of friends who are there for us in place of a large extended family and are the kindest people on the face of this planet. Thanks Brenda, for a refreshing thread!! |
I am grateful for many things . . first and foremost, my husband who i've been with since high school and who is my best friend and can still make me laugh. Secondly my two children whom I've watched grow into wonderful young adults they amaze me. Thirdly I'm grateful for being employed in this awful economy. And last, but surely not least, my two furkids who bring countless hours of fun into my life, who are always there for me and bring me comfort and love. This is a nice thread! :thumbup: |
I am grateful that my DH loves our little Daisy. I woke up to see her cuddled in his arms. He can't believe he is sleeping with a dog! I get to spoil her and buy crazy things (strollers, dresses, purses, etc.) without getting into too much trouble!:) |

Let's see: 1. I am grateful for my health. 2. I am grateful for my darling dog Thor, who adds such joy to my life. 3. I am grateful for new Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavors! Maple Blondie, whoo hoo! 4. I am grateful that I can walk without pain, because there were several years where I couldn't. 5. I am grateful for all the beautiful, sunny days we get here in SF. 6. I am grateful that I get to work from home when I want to. 7. I am grateful that I live in a time where we have the internet - does anyone else remember having to go to the LIBRARY and actually read BOOKS for school research projects? Remember trying to learn the Dewey Decimal System? YUCK! 8. I am grateful they make good skin exfolients for my face! 9. I am grateful we live in a time of antibiotics. I've always wondered how women in the past handled UTIs. Can you imagine how horrible that would be? 10. I am grateful to jencar98 for being kind enough to make me three darling doggie beds. Thor loves them, they are darling, they are original, and I get a little smile every time I see one of them. |
I'm greatful for my two seater converitible and for my Yorkies that sit beside me. And, my two beautiful sons that always make me proud. :D I'm also greatful for the hot boyfriend and the beach house I occupy. Today... I am grateful for the simple things and little things that happen. So today I am grateful my son is gone for the day and night with his friends, and that my husband surprised me by coming home early and getting some very special time together. :D:eek: |

I am grateful for having good friends and family. I am grateful that I had my parents as long as I did, but still wish it had been longer. I am grateful for my furbabies and to my Dad for passing his love of animals on to me. |
