I don't straighten my hair that much with a straightening iron, i mostly curl it so I bought the small chi-it's like black and gold i think. Can't you tell i barely use it lol Anyways the times i have used it, it worked pretty good but then again i didn't use it on my whole head. I head the bigger, pink one is hotter. |
According to FEDEX:) my GHD is supposed to be arriving today....SUPER PUMPED!!! Almost as excited as I was when my Kwigy Bo carrier for Snickers came!!!:) Olive's Mom-I will let you know what I think. Yesterday I watched the YouTube tutorrial on how to curl your hair with it...look super easy and SUPER FAST, hopefully I can use this as an all in 1 type of appliance. How great would that be after spending a BOATLOAD on it???!!!!! Yay! Vivian |
My Stylist loves BaByliss flat irons. Thinks it the best on the market. Has anyone tried it? |

I got it....and IT'S AMAZING!!!!! I really love it, just such a great appliance!! Yay!! Now, the ONLY thing that scares me is that there are TONS of fake GHD's out there and I can't tell if mine is real or fake. I DOUBT overstock.com would sell fakes so I'm pretty sure mine is authentic but I looked at youtube last night for what to look for in terms of a fake and I am a lil worried. I did register my GHD with the GHD company website successfully so I'm assuming mine is real. I wish someone could tell me. Olive'sMommy--I would go for it...I really love it. Best part is my hair doesn't have that burnt smell which I really hated!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thum bup::thumbup: Viv |

I was looking here: http://www.ghdsstraighteners.com/ghd...4765101a694a69 Does it look legit to you? (I need another set of eyes because it might be too good to be true :() |
i have a cheapo straightener like REVLON or something - so cheap i don't know the brand - lol. but it works! i do use this spray when i straighten my hair - the brand of the product is: Got2b and it's called "crazy sleek." it works great. i always thought my hair was straight (as it had a hard time holding curl with curling iron) til i got a haircut last year - the stylist asked me if i ever tried putting mousse in my hair when it was wet because i had natural curl - which i hadn't. i tried it after she said that, and low and behold - my hair is curly with mousse! i don't know how i went more than 25 years without knowing - lol. anyhow - even with what apparently is naturally curly hair, my cheap straightener works great with the "crazy sleek" product. |

If you pay less than 150 for it, it's most likely a fake. I'm pretty certain overrstock's is real. Go to ghd ™ Official Website | ghd IV Styler & bag with 2 ghd hair products for sites that sell legit GHD's. Overstock is not an approved site from GHD but I know they sell the real deal after researching. Plus I was able to register my GHD from Overstock. Smiles- Viv |

I bought one too at Ross and love it! The last time I was there I noticed they had more of them - they were different models than mine, but about the same price $29. |

I need to revive this thread for a bit... Soo last night I went to this event in Boston... so cool!! StyleFixx Girls Night Out - Boston Chicago NYC Atlanta LA I ended up buying an Enzo Milano Flat Iron. The guy did it on my hair, he curled my hair with it and he flat ironed my already flat ironed hair. I have a Chi turbo and have been debating moving on to something not so damaging to my hair. I have highlights and they are dry dry dry and broken and damaged because of the flat iron. Not to mention part of my hair, where I flat iron most is completely straight. I mean I have corkscrew hair and then the sides of my face are straight as a pin. I did love my Chi a lot at one time, but now I feel that after 2.5 years with it, its damaging to my hair after time. Plus the plates really are ceramic coated metal!!! So this new flat iron is the same size, 1'' and is completely ceramic, not metal at all. My hair felt softer in just 1 pass with it. I cannot find much for reviews at all on this product online anywhere.... any one ever use this? |
