Coat help Ok, we are always taking the best care of our Yorkie's coat, ordering the best brushes and shampoos and conditioners, etc..... Well what about us???:p I have a " thick cottony LONG coat" (LOL) and I need a nice brush that won't pull my hair out and will get through tangles. I'm tired of the cheap brushes ripping my hair!!! OUCH! Any suggestions??? Nice shampoos and condtioner suggestions would be welcomed as well! |

;) I'm really not cottony lol, just a little curl unless I use an iron to straighten...but its long and I really need a nice brush for sure. |
I used to have wavy hair, was able to wash and with a little bit of mousse (back in the 80's LOL) just go, but ever since my gray hairs started to come out, there's nothing I can do. Specially living in a humid climate like Miami, I can spend 1 hrs, blow drying AND the iron, and 2 seconds after steeping out of the house I can almost hear my hair frizzing up and getting all puffy. So last August I decided to have the keratine treatment done, not only has help immensely with frizz, but also my hair is shiny and silky, I can wash and go, I like to blow dry my ends so they go in and not straight down, but Im very happy. Now every time DH says to go somewhere I don't have to worry on how Im going to put my hair, actually I can wear it down and not on a ponytail like before. My kids nicknamed me Sanjaya  LOL |
I think will read up on that! Thanks for sharing!!! Quote:

Are we all using dog brushes?!?! The boys have a wooden brush with metal pins (no tips) that I love for brushing my hair. ;) |
