Who's using it? Is it good?

I bought St. Ives Apricot Exfoliating Body Wash, I would like to know if is it fine to use everyday?

body wash for who? you or your yorkie?

I like it. I don't use it every day. But I have always liked that brand.

I usually use Dove body wash. So moisturizing. I love St. Ives Apricot Scrub for my face as well. Make it so fresh and silky. =]

I am usually a soap girl, but occasionally get Neutrogena Rainbath which I really like

Isn't it safe to use everyday?

To know if it is safe to use on a daily basis, you would have to know what the pH is. Normal skin has a pH level of 4.0 to 6.0 (5.5 most normal range). Soap outside of this range changes the acid mantle of the skin allowing and/or causing damage. Generally exfoliators are outside this range as they remove the dead outer layer of the skin. The only way to find out what the pH is is to litmus test it or call the company and ask. If way outside the range I wouldn't use it on a daily basis. In general liquid cleaners are closer to normal pH than bar soaps. Below is a list of some:

What will happened to litmus test? you mean by the use of litmus paper? What will happened to litmus paper if it's beyond the normal ph?

Yes, litmus paper. It comes with a guide telling you if it turns this color the pH is ...., if it turns that color the pH is ...... If the number is high it means it is alkaline, if it is low it is more acidic. You want it to be some where near 5.5 (+/-) for it to be beneficial to the skin.
