We've had plain ole' rain the past two days . . .I think we should start building an ark . . .the brooks and rivers are starting to get extremely high . .flood watches are in affect . . .even though my house is situated at the top of the street, there are still properties that are higher and I'm worrying about our basement . . .tonight they are calling for snow for us, but I don't think it's going to stick . . .it's been in the high 30's. I miss the sun!!

Well, we managed to avoid it here. It's cold so I don't know if we get any or not. But there is another system in the forcast for next week. I don't know if we'll get lucky twice.

Don't get me wrong, I love the snow...just not really happy that the poor babies can't get around in it! Poor Hot Rod just refuses to poop on it! I feel bad for him...Maggie has not problem with it at all. She's fine until her poor little legs start falling through the crunchy stuff then she wants off the snow cliffs. lol

Stay warm and safe everyone whose getting snow!

I'm in South Jersey too! As of right now it's snowing but thankfully it's barely sticking... I am praying it is not bad, I'm supposed to go get my baby this weekend, and I'm afraid if we get the 12+inches they are saying we will have to postpone our 2 1/2 hr trip to get her :(. This snow is Really putting a damper on my mood...

I had to laugh because as much as I hate cold weather, everyone here got SO excited on Tuesday when we got snow. I live in Brenham, TX and work in College Station. We got maybe a couple inches. The kids (young and old) were all out trying to make snowmen. This happens so very rarely for us that it's a nice little surprise but I couldn't bear to live somewhere that dealt with this all the time. I say "Summer... hurry your butt up!!"

Angie I wish I could send you some snow, not sure but I think we got about 2 feet so far!!!

Nope, got enough of that stuff for a while. ;) I really do like going skiing in Colorado - been a few times - but only when it's snowing lightly or has stopped. Prefer to just ski in jeans and a jacket - not all bundled up and crazy cold. The cold there though is so different from the wet "humid" cold we get here. I'm definitely a warm-weather gal.

:eek: Yikes! Where is Sparta from Cranford? My sister lives there. I haven't spoken with her so I am not sure if she's gotten anything there.

We are fine, we have about 25 inches right now, I posted pictures of Owen and his sled dog in the off topic.,we have SO MUCH snow is not funny, my little ones have not been able to go out today, we can't open the back door, hubby has to try to get ou of the porch door and shovel his way to the back door to the yard..:eek::eek: I will post more pictures later...oh, STILL SNOWING..:rolleyes::D

We have like 16 inches already There saying 11 more to go ! This is insane my back is killing me from all of this shoveling.

Cranford is about an hr away i am sure she has plenty of snow!!!
