The excersice is set to different music..alot of current stuff..but different genres like country, swing, hip hop, pop, jazz...u name it. There are different moves set to each routine and you follow an instuctor who tells you what to do as you go along. A regular class is 55-65 min. long with 35-40 mins of aerobics and the rest is muscle work and stretching. Usually your 1st class is free. Go to www.jazzercise.com and click on find a class. It will list all the locations in your area and you clikck on them to see what times the classes are. then just show up and ,...HAVE FUN!!! :D :D :D |
