Call from Daughter's School
 
So I got a call from my daughter's school today to inform me that she wan't in trouble, but that there had been an "issue" that she had been called in to discuss. It appears that she has been telling stories to the other 9yo girls about <sigh> vampires and werewolves :rolleyes:...and 2 of the girls were so scared that they slept in their parents' rooms. :doh: Soooo...she asked that I talk with Taylor about scaring her classmates and said that she asked the other parents to talk with their kids about not believing in make believe stories. :dizzy:

So, I told My kid that if I can any more reports about her scaring the other kids, I was going to take her werewolf posters away.:mtongue:

I hope that one day her creative imagination funds my retirement.

You posted in the breeder section because you are the breeder of this beautiful little girl that I can't believe would scare anyone...what is this world coming to....tell her that Bella gives her a high five..:p

I'm sorry but I'm sitting here . . .:lol tears She must be a really awesome story teller to scare those poor little kids enough to have them sleeping in their parent's room . . .:D Maybe she'll write the books one day that I loved to read . . .she'll be the next Stephen King! :thumbup: :D ;)

If only you could see pictures of her sweet little girl but then I remembered the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree...hmmmmmmmmmm:rolleyes:

I would encourage her to write those stories down or record them on a video camera or audiotape. :thumbup:

Nope, they usually don't . . .;) :D Which is why both of my children possess my natural ability of being sarcastic and quick with a comeback . . .:p

At least her phone call was interesting . . .all I ever got was 6th grade Teacher: "Kristen forgot to bring her textbook to class" Me: "Umm ok, where is it" 6th grade Teacher: "She left it in her locker" Me: "Soooo did u let her go and get it?" 6th grade Teacher: "She is supposed to remember to bring it to class" Me: "Ok, well obvi she forgot" I think that had to be the dumbest call I ever received . . .:rolleyes:

Now, this was back in 2001 and it is something I will never forget . . .:p

Oh she does! She is actually writing her own book right now about mermaids that is over 200 pages long! :eek:

Do what I did, I asked the teacher of my then 12 year old to pin a note to her shirt. That way she wouldnt forget, the teacher was like you realy want me to do that. I said no but what do you want me to do go to school with her to make sure she brings her book? She never called me again.

I got kicked out of Kindergarden for telling the first gade class there wasnt a Santa or Easter Bunny. My mom was so mad at me. She asked where did you hear that, I told her that I wasnt two. All she said was go to your room. I didnt see the problem. I was a logic kid and it got me in more trouble than you could imagine. I was never a bad kid though. Well I didnt think I was.:D

I think the weirdest think my mom ever got called over by the school was when I was in 7th grade I tried to super glued a boy to his desk.:rolleyes:

She got a call about my sister one time because this boy that was 2 years older than her had been picking on her on the bus one day and after about a month, she got fed up with it and beat the snot out of him. :p Kid went home and told his parents and so the school "had to" call and let them know.

WEll now I am going to have nightmares bc when I read this thread, the banner turned into a ugly mean werewolf looking thing!!!

LOL too funny about the school.
