Well so much for diet today! I was stressed out to the max so I made a home made chocolate cake but I used almond milk instead of whole milk! it was amazing so It looks like I go to the gym on my day off from the gym! lol oh well it was good!!!!:D |
I also forgot... :p I am doing the couch to 5k running plan so I can get into running again. |
Well I'm on the 'depression' diet..haha no but seriously i'd like to lose about 20 lbs anyway |
I'm down 4 pounds in the last month......I want to lose about 14-16 more. I'm loosely following the Flat Belly Diet and I find it pretty easy as long as I'm prepared food wise at home! |

I usually weigh in on Fridays (and again on Monday and just use whichever number I like best lol) and I lost two pounds last week but I'm back up a half pound this week. I do look more toned when I look in the mirror though, so I'm just going to chalk it up to muscle weighing more than fat and keep on with what I've been doing. How are you guys doing? That's great to the girl who lost three pounds! |
