awesome! I congratulate you on your entrepreneurial endeavour! I have not heard of these items, but I am not at all hooked into the younger kid scene. From the sounds of it, you are going to do very well!

they are VERY new. they are only making their way out slowly. trust me...give it time and they will be all over. they have been in our Nashville newspaper several times talking about where you can find them, etc. stores are having to limit how many people can buy at a time. it's nuts.

MANDEE. OK, I was in my chemistry class today and we were doing our lab and this one obnoxious kid who I can't stand was flinging this thing around the room and it landed on my table and I thought "that's a cool colored rubber band" then it changed into the shape of a BIRD and I realized that it was one of the bracelets and I was like !!!! "OH MY GOD YOU HAVE ONE OF THOSE!!?? THAT'S AWESOME!!" and now everyone thinks I'm really weird. :p

seeeeeeeeeeeee...................they are in NJ too??? oh that makes me so happy!!!! We set up our kiosk today and as we were carrying stuff in....AFTER THE MALL HAD CLOSED....we had people following us in asking if they could buy some right then. We open Friday morning at 5am...I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!! SO excited!!!!!!! I can't wait to report back this weekend and tell you all how great it went :D

Good Luck! I hope all the children come running to your venue to buy Silly Bandz, because you got something they want. I bet you will have a blast selling those bracelets to the children. :)

I think you'll sell them pretty easy... parents will buy just about anything for their kids and they'll make good stocking stuffers - mention that to the parents that come to look at them.

Good luck girl! I remember when Beanie babies were all the craze! I don't know how when or why but I have an elephant silly band that has been on my desk for a month and I LOVE IT! I know you will make a profit! Crazy as it might be! My BIL has one of those trailers that he sells neon signs out of, they do AMAZING business! Its the small bright things that sell sell sell!!!!! On a personal note, as a teacher I'm glad for the heads up. I can just see these things flying around my room after Christmas...:D
