LA weight Loss Ok today I joined LA weight Loss. It is a year and a half program, I go three times a week and have a personal consultant. They tailor the program for you. My consultant is going to come up with an entire meal plan for me (they can do this or just give you foods and you pick the meals). This is so good for me because I have little kids and can never think of things to make...then I starve...then I binge on whatever is easy. Anyway it is very expensive and I'm feeling a little guilty about spending so much money about $1000 for the entire time. My husband has been so supportive... but it's a lot of money. What do you think? Anyone have experience with LA? Thanks |
I joined Jenny Craig 2 months ago. I have a consultant and buy their food. It cost about $80 a week for the food. I have lost 18lbs to date. It is expensive, but it does work. Best of Luck! |
Thanks! Congrats on the 18lbs that's great!!! Funny you should write on here... I have been eyeing your puppy beds... I have a few questions... Is it possible to get the ones you have on sale in a circle not a square? Also I'm having a hard time understanding how they work is the blanket attached? Ok one more If I order two or three is (to Canada) is the shipping doubled or tripled? Thanks |
Before my youngest daughters wedding me & one of her brides maids did LA Weight Loss and both did great! Yes, it was expensive but, we found ways around that and bought their cookbook and their recipes were unbelievably easy and pretty easy cuisines...nothing to fancy!;) Unfortunately, in CA (not sure about other states) LAWL went out of business and filed for bankruptcy...so, lucky for me...I got what I needed out of them and was done by the time they went under for good. Best of luck to you!:) |
I'm doing medifast. I've lost about 10lbs so far (in a month) It's expensive too! Just wanted to wish you luck and if you lose the weight, your well worth that money so don't feel guilty! |
no personal experience, I just wanted to add that i think it is a good idea to do the meal plan instead of buying their food. many people I know have lost weight when buying meals from weight loss clinics, but then, they gain it back when they stop purchasing meals. It is better for you to learn how to cook well on your own, so that it can be a lifestyle change, not a "diet". :) good luck! it will be worth it! |
