Why can't anyone do their jobs right anymore???
 
I am so UPSET!!! My mom ordered me a new net book from Walmart, and it was supposed to be deliveered today. I had been tracking the order. Last night it was in Independence, KY. So, I knew it was going to greet me in the morning. Anyway, I got up at 7:30 because I had to take the fiance's cat to the vet. We left the house at 9:15 and got home around 11:00. Well, I went to track my order again, and IT SAID IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED AND LEFT ON MY FRONT DOOR AT 8:56. I was here at 8:56, and there was no delivery. There no package left at my door. If the delivery man had come Emmett would have barked at him.

So I called fed ex, and they said "yes, your package has been delivered." I told them the problem and they said they'd try to track the driver down to see if he remembers delivering it to my door.

I want to cry so bad. I want my fricking computer. I don't want someone else to have it. :( :( :(

They always do that to me. They say they tried to deliver and I am usually home all day. I think they just get lazy.

UGH. Even more stupidity. I had called customer service and they said they'd contact the driver to see what was up. Well, that was 2 hours ago and they never called me back. So, I called the local fed ex facility and customer service had never contacted them yet. GRRRR. So, I am on the phone right now with the locals to see f we can get this worked out. They said he must HAVE LEFT MY PACKAGE AT THE WRONG HOUSE. Boo.

OMG that's horrible!! :( I'm so sorry!!!! Was it covered by insurance? I don't know how these things work.

I'm not sure because I don't think walmart.com gave me that option. I talked to the driver and he says he delivered it to my house, but he couldnt have. I was here. My dogs would have barked. I went all up and down the streets in my town and no one has seen my package. And now the company is trying to give me the runaround.

I'm sorry they are giving you the run around. I hate FedEx, they are always doing that to my mom. The last time they delivered to the wrong address and they called the driver to verify it was delivered and he called me back and gave me grief about it! He said that I signed for the package and to stop making trouble for him. He saw me sign with his own two eyes!
I told him that I would remember meeting the rudest man in the world. He huffed and finally verified the address he delivered to and guess what, IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!!!
Have I mentioned that I hate FedEx???
