I didn"t like antonio at all! I didn\'t like how he did what he wanted to do. I can\'t remember which episode it was but he painted a room blue instead of the tan that the client wanted. the client wound up liking it but I didn\'t really care for the outcome and would have been really pissed if it were my room. He just rubbed me the wrong way.
| I remember that -- he made a big deal of saying he would rather be sent home than paint a room tan or beige, regardless of what the client wanted. He has no clue who he works for as a designer. But now he won\'t ever have to find out either. He has gone from a set designer to a TV host, so he will never know what it is really like to have to please a client that is paying him and having to live with his disconnected comglomerations.
You can see the rooms they designed on the HGTV Design Star web site for the shows you missed. Some of the shows are also available in full length episodes online. I have just been watching Season 2 with David Bromstadt as this season was the first I had watched. I always said I did not like the reality TV shows but I am hooked on this one. I love watching creativeness. |
