Menstrual Cups???? I read a thread on here about someone wanting to try a menstrual cup and although she didn't get many responses I looked it up and everyone that uses one raves about it. So I thought I would give it a try and bought a Lady Cup. Today is the first day I got to use it but it keeps leaking it seems like no matter how many times I try to insert and adjust it I just can't get it right. Does anyone else use one and if so do you have any tips for me? Thanks! |
I tried one a long time ago, never could get it to work right. Hope someone else can help you. Good luck! |

I tried the disposable version a while back...I can't think of what they're called but they are sold in our grocery store. I hated them because they leaked terribly! I might as well of not even been wearing the thing. It did well as long as I didn't do anything to make those muscles contract (i.e. coughing, sneezing, going to the bathroom, just flexing those muscles...) I've been meaning to try a lady cup or a diva cup but I've just never got around to ordering one. |
never tried it...but i heard of it when i was watching this show about living off the grid..interesting |
You might try getting fitted for a diaphram at your obgyn. It's hard to believe that a one size fits all mentrual cup would work for everyone. A diaphram can be used as a menstrual cup and is fitted to you to stay right in place and it doesn't leak. |
