Wow...I think this is the most heart breaking thing I have ever seen. No amount of time behind bars will be enough for this little baby losing her life. May God bless her soul and she rest in peace :lovewings

Seriously, there are a TON of families out there that can't have children and would have taken her. If you want to beat on something, get a punching bag, but don't touch a precious life. I think it should be mandatory that adults charged in child abuse cases, especially ones this severe, need to be fixed before they get out of prison and I'm sorry, but when you beat a child so severely that they die, that should be considered MURDER and they need to be locked in a cell with the key thrown away.... and that is putting my real answer mildly. People like this do NOT deserve a precious child!

I read the story of Baby Brianna before, I cried my eyes out..I can't believe there is such evil in people. RIP little angel.

That was the most horrible thing I have ever read. I can't bring myself to watch the video. I can't even look at he picture on the video.

Jeannie...I wasn't an officer...I worked in the health unit in one facility and and office in another. Believe me....this kind of crime is going to race through that prison like wild fire!!! They won't even be there 1 day and all the inmates will know what they did..and they aren't going to like it!

If you read the story it says *Brianna died on July 19, 2002 so hopefully these monsters have had many years already of quality prison time. :mad: This is a commemorative piece for the 6 year anniversary of the death of this precious little baby.

I read the article but could not bring myself to watch the video. It breaks my heart that there are precious babies that have never known a moment of love or even a day without torture. It is the saddest comment on humanity that we have so many that have lost the nurturing instinct to the point, they turn on their own young, torture and even kill them. It is so far from what nature intends, it is pure evil. How can anyone look at a baby and feel anything but innocent love?

I think it is one of the best justifications for the death penalty. I am so glad some of the laws are finally making child abuse resulting in death just as heinous a crime as any other murder. The only consolation at all is that the people responsible will spend an eternity in hell.

Yes I does need to say warning graphic...Thanks for whoever put it up for me. Its so heart breaking.......It was so hard for me to see the whole video also. my prayer goes out to her....this is one story that will stick with me for the rest of my life

I do apologize to those who did not want to see this. I just really want to get the word out there or whats happening to children. I'm sure every knows...but nobody knows just how bad it is. To me this was a flash of reality of whats really going on..... I too think its very disturbing and found it VERY hard to watch. OOOOH! Must have skipped over that part...I was just so disturbed reading that! Made me sick to my stomach...I hope to GOD they got theirs!!

As a mandated reporter I have made 2 official reports on children I knew were being abused by a family member. In both cases nothing happened. The abuse continued. Child protection services dropped the ball and these children continued to suffer.

Everyone, after the fact, says if only someone had reported it. I did. I did my job but others didn't do theirs.

What happened here was extreme. Shocking and depraved. It also happens every day.

Omg this is so horrible and just heart breaking I could barely watch the whole video! I can't even believe she made it to 6 months with the way she was abused! :( No child deserves to live like that.. She never even got a chance. RIP Baby Brianna :lovewings
