As for the KL, it is a very earthy perfume (actually I buy the eau de toilette) that has a sweet musk smell with some vanilla and ginger hints to it. I try to keep my wife supplied with it because if she runs out, she puts on patchouli oil, which I can't stand. KL has some real devotees to it and you can find people raving about it on the net. It's not like any of the newer scents in that it isn't floral or citrusy. It has a scent that just makes me want to nuzzle LOL. I actually consider it MY perfume since I'm the one that found it years ago when I was with my ex-wife. That's all she would wear after trying it and the same has held true for my wife now and a girlfriend or so in between. I know I'm a dog for this but hey, it's my nose and it's my absolute favorite. When I haven't been able to find it, I buy Coco by Chanel. It's similar but nowhere near as good as KL. | Thanks!!! I went and bought the perfume i want from this website 99cologne and i bought it cause it said in stock, then i get an email saying its out of stock:rolleyes: so i canceled my order. So then i looked on ebay and there was only 1 there and i emailed the buyer asking if its real but then i saw he had good reviews and feedback so i went ahead and bought it, he had a pic on there too, i just hope its real! He sells a lot of perfumes, a lot of discontinued ones too. Anyway i'll just wait and see. I'm really excited but it's been a while since i've smelled it because..well it was made in 1992 and i first stumbled across a sample of it that my mom had when i was about 12 yrs old, i loved it instantly! And i used the whole sample and everyone commented me on the smell, i guess it just worked with my body PH, so i looked for it and no 1 had it. Since then i came across it once i think in nordstom but this was about 5 yrs ago, i was even surprised they had it but i didnt buy it cause i think i didnt have the money at that time and that mall was far from my house. Anyway since then i havent smelled it again and so now i hope i recognize the smell and if its real or not. It's really sweet but soft and flowery, its called sung spa by alfred sung. Its like so hard to find, i looked and looked on google and all the places that claimed they had it, it was out of stock:( so i had to resort to ebay which i didnt want to cause i cant return it if its fake...ahh well. The only diff. i notice is the bottle cap is white on ebay and when i looked on google for images the cap was silver...but aside from that it looks the same and another seller that is selling the perfume and lotion has white caps also..so i guess its like that..unless theyre both fake lol but i only want the perfume, not the lotion. Anyway thanks for the link..ive never smelled that one tho, but it sounds good. :thumbup: |
