I think your beautiful and smart and funny.
I always say as long as we are true to ourselves, do a good deed at least once a week, respect one another, love our kids and be the best people we can be, we are lucky . Life isn't about what you don't have , it's about appreciating what you got//

hehe thanks....i was messing around with my camera and macbook and stumbled upon some effects and this image portrays how i see myself....what i feel inside....i don't care much about material things for that is not what makes us who we are....but something are much deeper than what or how people see us on the outside....this piece will be called something along the lines of ... "How I see myself through my own EYES." or something like that...LOL

Hey I like it " How I See Myself Through My Own Eyes". I thought maybe you were feeling a little down :p I am sorry for misunderstanding.

The best best gift we can give our children is to love ourselves. When we love ourselves it so much easier to love others.

you aren't mistaken...i am feeling down.....but i guess i am trying to make something out of it! another flaw of mine! LOL

so very true...but getting to the point of loving ourself is what is difficult....well for me anyways...thank you!

That isn't a flaw that happens to be a great quality. More people should be open and honest and ask for opinions, trust me you aren't alone. If you want to talk then talk, me and a lot of others will listen. Just remember your not alone/ ... :hug:

Let me ask you, How do you feel when you give a gift or do something for someone? Makes you feel pretty darn good. I think doing for others will help with Confidence. A big part of loving ourselves is being Confident. It doesn't matter how many diamonds you wear, the dress, the hair or the makeup, without Confidence you will not glow. For instance, my grandmother lost her home and everything, all memories during Hurricane Hugo. When I saw her she had her one dress and her purse and clutched it in her arms and walk to Fema with her head held high like she was a millionaire. That was Confidence. Now, I want you to look in the mirror and hold your shoulders back and your head up and tell yourself ,You are a strong woman and can overcome anything thrown at you.I tell myself this almost everyday...I find that when I'm down if I do something special for someone it make me feel so much better about myself.

also as i mention on the other thread called RAGE from within! that i am exploring my photography skills...since i will be taking an advance digital photography course com Sept...

yes i was feeling down this morning and i took out my camera to capture the moment...but nothing to worry about...for i made the best of the situation...and turned that down moment into a so called masterpiece..LOL

i am open for comments and opinions...be don't feel like i am having a breakdown...i am trying to further my skills...and see what endless possibilities i can accomplish with my fingers and camera.


thank you to those who offered their advice...if the moment i capture had you or anyone feeling that moment then i must say my mission accomplish....a pictures is worth 1000 words....
